Thanks for sharing your apartment tour. I really loved your apartment cos its modern, clean, its not too big and not too small, the size is just right for two people to live comfortably & the best thing is u get lots of natural lighting too. Homes that gets lots of sunlight is such a mood booster. Btw, does this apartment considered as an officetel in korea?
Tiffany Pang back in my country, when u called a house, a villa it is literally a mansion with a garden and a pool. Lol. Anyway, i think u made the right choice with to go ahead with this apartment tho. Thanks for the apartment tour once again, i really enjoy watching it, its nice to see how ppl lived in other country since not everyone are able to travel, but thanks to the internet & youtube, u cn almost feel like you are there physically, experiencing differ culture, etc. If u get what i mean. Take care Tiffany!
Ok i am 10 months late, but you could add 1 or 2 more rings (and create a chainring) to your curtain rings that way it would lower your curtain without to have to move the rode ....
nice apartment, i get confused tho with every payment being monthly always sounds so expensive, plus i'm in a 1 bedroom so thats different. As for getting into apartments/rentalhomes over here, you will pay 5 weeks of the rental cost. 2 weeks worth go for bond, u get back when leave providing no damage, 2 more pay in advanc an 1 week goes to angent if using one. So if rent 400 weekly u pay 2000 to get in
Hello, nice apartment too I'm looking to visit Koreanin a few years for 1-3 months, do you know where I can find nice affordable officetel/ studios max $500 per month and $3000 max for deposit. Is Airbnb a thing in Korea as well and can I rent it long term and lastly ( sorry for asking so much 🙈) can you stay at a hanok? And where to find them
Lovely modern apartment. I like your red oven I presume which is above microwave too... it’s very cute! 20million deposit wow .. that’s sounds like heaps!🌸💙🌸💙
Hey, I’m moving to Seoul in June/august for a year for exchange. I was wondering what website you used/ how you found this apartment as we are finding it difficult to find 2 bed apartments
Hi i know this video is somewhat older but we’re looking for a apartment such as yours .. what is it considered as? Is it a three room officetel? Apartment? Villa? Under what can we go and ask agencies so they know we mean something like you guys have
I actually love the apartment but I think that the deposit is kinda expensive but maybe South Korea payments different thank where I live but still loved the video♥️
hi I enjoyed watching our videos! and I am currently learning Korean and I want to live in Korea and have my life and job there but I feel like all the jobs that are offered for foreigners are too technical, like teacher and transcribing, I'm sorry if this comes off rude (I don't mean it to be😭) but what do you do for a living that allows you to live in such a nice apartment
@@alyannachavez what area is this in you don't mind me asking I understand if you don't feel comfortable saying but I'm looking around Itaewon but all older not sure if I have to go yongsan station area for something like this.
Your apartment is so pretty!! Quick question, where did you get your table that folds into a picture? It's so cool! I love the idea of that so much that I'd like one for my house, lol. I can't seem to find one like it online for the life of me though.
Hi, can I ask where this is. Like Seoul or incheon, and like in gangnam, myeongdong because I plan on moving to korea and I wanna move to gangnam and I want a house just like this but I havent had any luck
Please do answer my questions if you know, can I go to a realtor and have a shared apartment with someone I know? Secondly is it 750$ for each? I really dont want to live with a stranger and I want to move there with my friend so please let me know if this is possible.
It's $750 total! other utilities and fees are separate though, so expect about $900 total, and you can split that~ You can definitely apartment hunt with someone you know, that's what my roommate and I did in our apartment hunting video~
did you find this apartment through a real estate agent? are there any good sites that a foreigner can use to find an apartment before they move to korea?
Hey I’m planning to move this summer to Korea for work and can u recommend me any apps or websites that I can use especially because I don’t know Korean and I heard there are many scams as well or some ain’t foreign friendly 😭😂
Hm if you don't know any Korean at all, it'll be difficult to use the house search apps, so I would recommend joining various housing related groups on Facebook! The one for Seoul is just called "Housing in Seoul" :)
Hey :) Since I'm thinking of moving to seoul later but don't know how to find a real apartment there, I just wanted to ask you :) I would take my Samoyed to seoul so the apartment shouldn't be too cramped ^^ I can spend between € 1000 and € 5000 per month on the apartment I would also be happy if I had a nice view of the city :) So best an apartment in a higher building Do you know where I can find / see this before I move to Seoul? :)
haha it's a habit my roommate enforced since covid started. It's like an alcohol/sanitizing spray to get rid of any bacteria on our outer clothes before we put our coats back into the closet. Similar to washing our hands when we get home!
@@pngtiff did some medical professional suggest doing that? I think spraying the coat would make it more flammable. It doesn’t really matter if any droplets landed in your coat if you are washing your hands which is the best thing to do even before covid. I was glad for that habit. If you got anything via indirect exposure from your coat it would have been before you washed your hands. This is a year ago and the advice was a bit odd at the start.

You are the first one i saw in youtube apartement tour that show all you got even clothes and utilities really cheap.. 👍
Very clean apartment. Suggestion for your shower curtain...hook another shower hook/ring to the ones you have so curtain hangs lower 😉
Keep vlogging Boss Tiff, hoping for more video to upload. 😍 from Philippines.
