Thank you for taking your time to cut the grass and make this woman's home a bit nicer. You both are fabulous to help this yard with a good tidy up. I'm EXTREMELY concerned about this woman's trailer and structural soundness. The skirting panels are off and wonky and what's up with that REAR door area, open and exposed... several boarded up windows..... a welfare check needs to occur for her safety. PLEASE find local resources to help her out with obvious repairs, and continuing support moving forward. Theirs no handicapped accessories on exterior for her, to grasp on to or come down, except those stairs, frankly they don't look SAFE. THE FRONT area looks bone dry, yet REAR side is emerald green.... ? Water leak or septic leak ? You and Justin are my galloping gladiators, please remove any debris as a hazard your able to.... I'm really nervous about this one. I'll send you $100 to put towards some repairs or food allotment required... no one in her family or area has come forward, after seeing the state the grass/lawn was in.... just terrible. I'm now disabled, I know first hand the daily struggles she potentially could face. Just basic hygiene to food preparation is daunting, not to mention washing clothes or dishes or keeping home clean..... please please find resources..... here's my email, reach out yo me djhasalvegas@gmail.com

Sue Wolfe- You have worked magic on this property, Brian! It looked so much better when you were finished and she was so appreciative. It was so sad for me to see the side of the trailer open like that, thinking how cold it must have gotten for her during the winter. Are there any community programs to help the elderly in her area? Hey Brian, incredible work as usual. God bless you for your kindness. Have you thought about setting up a contact for someone like this? Thank you for helping this lady with her lawn. I once had a home with 10 acres and yes, I'm handicapped but somebody had to mow it so I did with a push mower. My kids got older and moved out to where it was too much for me to deal with so it was sold. I didn't have to work then but I do work now to pay for my rental unit. Yes, still handicapped but that doesn't matter to the gov.

Its very genrous of you to offer help! I was thinking its possible she has no living relatives, as many people do, nowadays. PS, I’m guessing full septic tank
@@cathiwim I was thinking septic originally too. I know many states and localities are struggling with Covid and housing crisis.... why the hell hadn't some one checked on this senior. My gosh the lawn was a huge clue of required help.... what's wrong with humanity now adays.....
Watching you tell that lady she can call you if she needs you you were a gift from God to her to know she has someone to call God bless you and your son
I truly feel bad for this person you are such a good person for helping her it’s to bad a lot of other persons could’ve helped her as well
Top Notch Lawn care does an outstanding job for taking the time to help someone in need. You have a customer for life now.
You have such a kind heart for others. It's heartbreaking that people struggle so much in life. This sweet lady sure could use a new mobile home. It would be nice if the community or local church groups got together to help her. Thank you for what you have done for her. It certainly brightened her day and she now has someone she can call if needed.
How this poor person can passed the winter in this home .this sad that you have to come at a time in your life that it is all you have. Thank you for helping
Thank you for being kind taking care of everyone that needs a little help
Thank you so much Kathleen! We really couldn’t do this work without your support
Does the heart good to know that there are still some good people in the world!
Wow, that trailer looks uninhabitable. So nice of you to help her out with the grass. I hope she has family, or someone, to help with repairs for that trailer.
Hi Gigi 😊👋. Yeah definitely looks like she could use a bit more help!
Thanks for helping this lady, Top Notch. Good job.
I don't want to overshadow the great work that you and Justin do. You give so much of yourselves to others and are a true blessing to those you encounter! Keep up the good work and enjoy these cooler temperatures, Brian!👍👏💪😎❤️
Wonder if there is an organization that could repair her trailer, certainly doesn't look safe. Thanks for giving her yard a face-lift and offering your future help. What the world needs is more people like you.
Hey Brian, incredible work as usual. God bless you for your kindness. Have you thought about setting up a contact for someone like this? If they can’t care for their yard like this, they probably need more support inside. All I’m saying one, call a support group in advance and setup a contact for them. Just a thought…thanks for all you do Brother.
That was awesome. She really needed a Guardian Angle. You answered the prayer 🙏. Good show, and God Bless!
Great job! Very nice and generous for you and your and helper to do this for the disabled lady! May God bless!
Thank you for your kindness to this lady.
She's literally swallowed up in grass! So glad you blessed her!
Thanks ☺️☺️👋
Thank you, buddy!
It’s real sad that no one has reached out to help her. Thank you for taking your time, energy, and hard work to make a difference in this elderly woman’s yard.
That was some more thick, wireey, grass. You and Jayson did a great deed and service Brian, Praying God's continued blessings for you both!
Your such a good person helping less fortunate god bless you great work
Brian, you and Justin are a blessing to your community! Great job! Your kindness warms my heart ❤️. Thank you for sharing.
I love that you go above and beyond for the elderly and you have great heart.. may God bless you always
Boy Brian that was as tough a job as I’ve seen you do. You & Justin really made her day and mine. Thank as always!
You really are Top Notch. One of the Greats of Pro Bono yard care.
Some of these just bring tears to my eyes. You and Justin are such good peoples!! I'm always amazed your mower is so strong, I was worried til you said it was wet in that one spot🤗 Bless you both!!🕊❣
Thanks so much ☺️😊👋 As always we could not do this work without your support! Hope you’re having a wonderful week
I liked this one alot. She was really in need of help and quite deserving of it. You guys came to the rescue and did a great job on a tough lawn! Well done as always!
I live in GA and I would like to tell you that what you did for this lady was great. God will bless you for what you did. 🙏🙏
$20 dollar is couple days of groceries for her, thank you for helping her out! You are good person I hope you get it back tenfold.
You are an angel.
Taking care of fragile people is a blessing for a whole community. You inspire people to take care and it s so important in our rough world.
Greetings from France 🇫🇷
Thank you so much for the kind words! We really couldn’t do this work without your support! ☺️☺️👋
Well done, great job. Sometimes I look and think, how many houses in America are overgrown, and, frankly, I can't understand why? In Germany, everything is completely different!
I’m absolutely amazed that someone could actually live in that trailer in the condition it’s in! I thought it was a condemned property you were cleaning up. You are so kind to help the elderly lady and especially to come back when needed! God bless❤️

Thank you, Brian and Justin, for restoring some dignity for this lady. I love both of you.
This helps restore my faith in humanity considering the hostile climate we seem to be living in nowadays. If more people put time into helping those less fortunate, the world would be way more peaceful.

Amen,
I am disabled also I have a hard time keeping mine under control also. I would like to thank you for helping some people that are disabled.
I am so proud to be a part of what you are doing for folks in need. The world is a better place with you and your crew in it.
Thank you for all you do!!!!
AMEN!
That is so nice of you and Justin to do that lady‘s yard for free. My heart just broke when I saw the state of her mobile. Isn’t there someone in your area that could fix it for her? I just love the work that you and Justin do for those that can’t do for themselves. Keep up the good work.
Hoping you make a ton of money on these videos to make up for the free work you do for people in need...there should be more people like you in this world..you and your son are truly good people...thanks for sharing
This video took me back to sad times in my life, it brought tears to my eyes thinking about that poor woman living in those conditions. God Bless you both.
Thank you for sharing Sonia. Sounds like you came out stronger on the other side! Blessings to you
Great job Brian! So glad you were able to help this lady and God bless you for doing it for free! I believe if you wouldn't have cut the grass she wouldn't have gotten help! Have a great day!
You're a good man, I am sure the homeowner highly appreciated your help,
Thanks so much for the kindness. We really couldn’t do this work without your support ☺️☺️😊
This act of kindness is great to witness! It would be great to see someone come and help the resident with some exterior repairs as well to at least keep mother nature from encroaching into the home.
Thank you for helping this woman. It’s hard getting older and not being able to do all the things you used to be able to. Y’all at Top Notch are so kind and generous!
Thank you! We really couldn’t do this work without your support! Hope you’re having a wonderful week
Awesome, thanks for helping elderly
This blessing warms my heart for such a deserving lady. I am sure y'all brightened her day and she was thankful for your kindness. It is sad though that she is living in a home that doesn't appear safe. Maybe someone will reach out to help with needed repairs. Thank you for what you do!
Hi Nancy 😊☺️👋👋 Glad you were able to do this little bit, but yes she definitely looks like she could use some more help. Always glad to hear from you! Hope you’re having a wonderful week
Great transformation, another amazing job that you two handled with the goodness of your heart. I can say this one totally broke my heart. Knowing that her home is in dispare and she is unable to do repairs. I know what it is like to be disabled and do a lot for myself. Always independent, and now I have to depend upon my sons to help me out. Unbelievable that she has neighbors so close that hasn't offered to help her with her lawn, neighbors just aren't like they used to be. Praying that she gets the help she needs to get her home fixed. Her hot water heater will freeze this winter if the door is not put back up. So sad 😞. Thank you and Justin for being the Angels on Earth by helping those in need. May God Bless you both 🙏 ❤!
Bless you, both for all your hard work... Thank you for helping her! If everyone had just a little bit of this wealth within them, what a wonderful world this would be!
The Top Notch Team strikes again! 🙂🙃😉🥰💞
I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for your community keep up the good work.
Love the idea of the Craig’s list add and surprise. Thank you for helping people
Brian and Justin, that yard looks so nice now! I wish I had money to buy her a new mobile home or even a used one suitable for living in.. That one is in really bad condition. Thank you guys, for helping her out.
She has a beautiful view from her place. Now she can see it. Thank you for what you do 😊.
I gotta say Brian for that being a smaller property you got it back in shape your out here helping the community by doing one yard at a time keep up all the incredible work your doing
Thanks man 👍😊Always great to hear from you! Hope you’re having a good week
❤very nice for your kind heart, helping this lady❤
Your great guys to do this for the lady she has probably seen it get into this state feeling totally helpless.
It's great that you care enough to help people with a real need, other sites show jobs for free just to make good advertising.
I hope that you know how special you are xxx
Brian and Justin another awesome job. Both of you have a heart of gold. This elderly lady really appreciated what both of you did for her and will never forget the good deed. May God bless both of you. ❤🇨🇦
Hopefully with the yard cleaned up, it will be easier for someone to come and reach the areas of her home that need repair. Thank you for helping her!

Thank you so much.
God bless you both. That is so sweet to help people the way you do.
Nice job. So glad you two were able to help her.
Brian, you and Justin are really good guys, each and every person you help, by cutting their lawns, trimming their shrubs and doing their edging are truly blessed by your unselfish acts of kindness 👍🙂
There are no words to thank you enough.
My health went down hill in less than a month. I have lost my sense of balance. I can't sweep or mop it dangerous for me to do my dishes so I understand what a gift and blessing you have been for her.
I am doing pt and praying for a miracle.
I do not know how this lady could ever have done this without you.
I have watched a lot of videos of people helping other but this one touched me the most.
Again thank you very much.
