Nice to see this home being returned to participation with the neighborhood. Glad people's bits of help are adding up to being possible for it to be done. (Haven't seen a Breadfruit Plant "in the wild", just as a houseplant.) Very nice of Mark to take footage for you and share it. I like that the railing fence was actually made in a way that it was possible to edge the grass. The before and after photos certainly show the nice progress.

In Australia we call them monstera (deliciosa) if we're going be pedantic. Often called 'fruit salad plant' up north, as when the fruits ripen (you have to wait long enuf, or you'll get a prickly mouth!) As it takes like fruit salad. The more tropical the climate, and more they're ignored, the bigger they grow, often up into trees.

I know it’s your winter but you’re in a subtropical area (?) so a lot like Florida or Houston, Texas. (Reference for me). I was noticing how green you are even at this time of year. Me? It's in a temperature region. We have had a very wet year so far and our lawns are just starting to slow down their growth now.

In Australia we call them monstera (deliciosa) if we're going be pedantic. Often called 'fruit salad plant' up north, as when the fruits ripen (you have to wait long enuf, or you'll get a prickly mouth!) As it takes like fruit salad. The more tropical the climate, and more they're ignored, the bigger they grow, often up into trees.
You are an absolute master artist of trim work. It's neat, fast, and beautiful.

I should probably add that we recently moved into a new rental home that no one had lived in for a long time and the lawn is now more weeds than lawn so you have really been helping to motivate me to get it back in shape.

I find it satisfying to watch all the videos of all the good Samaritans doing these lawns. I am over 50 and do my own yard and it does get harder but thankfully I have a son to help me. Blessings to you
