What does the outdoor temp have to be, and was it windy that day? I want to paint our pool (AZ) been waiting for a perfect window of right temp and no wind. blowing stuff onto the wet paint.. ugh

i have a inground pool. the plaster is ripping off and there are holes, can i just apply epoxy paint to cover all the plaster?

There is paint specifically for fiberglass pools and hot tubs.

Doesn't last, been used by me and colleagues on a number of pools.
