Scala is bigger than a Megane, why would you want a Renault over a Skoda?
Do you compare the built quality of a Skoda with the Megane??? Come on mate ..
@@BobFlavinVideo First of all the new 1.3tce engine, punchier AND quiet with no vibrations (4 cylinders) for the same price, I've driven both engines and the 1l TSI (3 cylinders) can be felt and heard especially at low revs, it's super annoying when driving in an urban env with stops and starts, second the design, this new Scala looks so bland, nowadays 90% of new cars in this price range are quite good and reliable, the choice is usually an emotional one determined by the design of the car and the image it projects.
but for 20k you can get 2.0 150hp disel octavia😏
Back looks like Volvo C30
em.. first word and I am triggerd.. .IT IS ŠKODA NOT SKODA
Second
Though Scala meant Bingo
The scalia won't ever be electric scoda will offer a car on that platform
You didn’t deserve subscription because you didn’t mention you were testing the car in Croatia 😝
1.0 l petrol ????!! really ???! that's for the citygo, this needs the 1.6 TDI!!!!!!!!
You must have tested a totally different make and model from 'Autocar' who didn't have a good word to say about the Scala....................not that anyone with a grain of sense would take any notice of what they publish.
I can’t find a video from Autocar about the Scala, everyone is entitled to an opinion even if it’s wrong.
@@BobFlavinVideo Not a video, just a report
Ah well, we all do our thing but don't always agree. That's the nature of the game, if we all liked everything no one would listen to us
Google Android😂 we know you meant Android Auto Bob!
When will Skoda learn to make a slightly attractive car?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder my man
Skoda Superb is quite attractive.
First
Bloody hell, you were quick!
Of course its not the perfect hatchback..Its a Skoda.
Not everything can be perfect
Some of us out here still find the bad language offensive, Bob. Kids can watch this.
Not worth... can get a golf for same price not to mention better quality kias.
Volkswagen, Seat, Audi... it's pretty much the same thing, shared engines and technology to drive down the cost, so it's litterally nothing special with this car compared to the rear engined Skoda that had this special presence in the way it functioned.
Skoda was good before it went bad.
monkey see, monkey do.
I will soon buy a *real* Skoda fyi.
Just thinking my rear engine Škoda also has a 1 litre engine but is older design. Rugged and still working well 31 years on. Old Škodas certainly have character.
@@VintageLynx I want one....
@@VintageLynx "I can see that you are a man of culture aswell"
Expert? Expert car reviews?
yes, and?
So it's just a Golf...
Only kinda
it's a hatchback on the mqb platform with a TSI engine, it's a golf with a different badge.
Shows how little you know about the Automotive industry.
car for those who dont know jackshit about cars...like anything VW related
Like VW releted Golf GTI, Golf R, Audi S3, RS3, TTRS, RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7, R8 and Porsche 911 some to mention, these cars to the people," who dont know jackshit about cars".
Vu , it seems to me that you have no fucking ideea about cars mate, talking shit 🤣
@@MG-ce3dx vw related(skoda, seat,vw) - boring to drive, expensive without valid reason, TERRIBLE looking, unreliable, mostly not comfortable(except Passat with a shitton of paid equipment and obviously Touareg)..i can give thumbs up for their marketing, no doubt
@@janneraukola423 man u dont even know a difference between VAG group and VW brand, u simply arent competent to talk about this
@@vuki63blok mate I'm a car guy, I drive 500+ cars every year doing between 300/400 miles every day driving all types of cars From Bentley to Vw Golf ,and I talk to a lot of customers and they all are pleased with VW cars and I had a lot of VW cars aswell such as Skoda ,Audi,Passat,Golf, I had Honda ,Mazda aswell ,and now I have a Seat Leon FR which I love the way it drives and looks and it's by far boring to drive like you say ..I swear to God ,I never had problems with any of these cars ,because I new how to drive them and mantained them propperly , and customers say the same thing that the are really good and solid cars
A lot of all you new VW hates ,say that they drive boring 😂 they look boring 😂😂 they don't drive and look boring , they are confortable and drive perfect in the way that the steering is light (too light for mi taste in the golf for ex😋) and comfy ,the suspention aswell ,everything is layed out nicely and simple in the car..having a simple design and not beeing a race car , does not make them boring , it's just simple car, not everyone want's a sporty car like me or you ..
