I transcribed Scott’s guitar solos from this 8 years ago when it was first posted. It’s a fucking master class in mixing maj/min pentatonic, arpeggiation, chromaticism, all under the lydian/mixolydian umbrella. I never play a note for note lick from it, but I’ve used the language every since… there’s some slick shit in there.
They named me "Sparklemahn". The Creek Freaks did. 35 years later, I am STILL the Sparklemahn. Thank you, Max Creek and family! You rock on always. Peace.
Never forget waiting in car in line for 8 hours one year at vibes when Philly played,. To this day I'm still unsure why the wait was so long, but was a great show and Creek was a top act that weekend. Definitely worth the wait.

Window's has alway's been at the top of my list for Creek tunes. My wife and I were lucky enough to meet up with our son and a bunch of his buddy's at this show. We made the video at the 9:40 mark in the crowd. Way cool for us, lot's of fun. Creek Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I just saw them at Strange Creek and a New London and I'm not sure if there's any bands out there right now that are better. These guys are just so fun
1980 something - Agora in CT. On a very colorful Halloween I experienced my 1st Creek show. And I still go, hope to meet some of you on this path. Peace But 1st are you EXPERIENCED?
You guys were and are the coolest local band ever and the people in the parking lot playing hackysack and dancing and tripping wow what an experience
This performance is flawless
