I took mine out for the first time yesterday. My LCP max definitely shoots very low and left. With a laser training bullet it is dead on. Obviously with live ammunition, something is shifting at detonation.
The Max shoots low for me too. It is the reason I haved switched to the new Bodyguard 2.0. I simply got tired of holding high like you showed in the video.
I have 2 maxes purchased the same day and both shoot very low. I use a lot of the splatter type targets with 6 individual targets per sheet, and when aiming at one, all of the hits will be on the next target down.
Just bought a brand new LCP Max 75th anniversary.. very disappointed with the performance low about a foot and a half and left 6 in at 15:FT !!!! . Completely unacceptable.. the thing is if I just put the front sight on the target without using the rear I get pretty well centered Palm size groups.. I'm going to be contacting Ruger as I heard that they will change the barrel hence the point of aim
I just took my new LCP Max to the range and it shoots about a foot low at 7 yards. I've been shooting for a long time and shoot other pistols just fine. It's definitely the LCP Max. I line the bottom of my front sight up with the top of the back sight to get it to point of aim. It's ridiculous.
Mine also shoots low. I got some JP weld and built my backsight and filed it down to ware it shot good for me. Then I blued it. It's been a year ago and held up good so far.

Thanks... yeah, the need to hold high is kind of ridiculous.
Yep! Same here. The S&W is the cure for the LCP Max woes.
Good thing you can adjust the rear dovetail!

Thanks for the report... sounds awful.

They will change the barrel, maybe the whole upper. Good customer service, at least. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for the report; pretty much exactly what I'm seeing.

Low and left here. But then I've only put about two mags through it, and it's been forever since I've shot it (or any of my other guns) Life happens.
Always shoot mine low, thought it was the gun but had a couple of people with more micro experience than me and it was on for them.
