currently own a amex gold in norway, and i travel twice a year to asia so i have to take out cash whenever i travel there, what would you recommend then, revolut metal/ultra og amex ?
you didnt make things clear on the main advantage of the ultra card. If lets say you have a savings account with 80,000 gbp that is guaranteed, getting 4.75% interest means that the price of the card is easily covered and in addition much more money is made yearly on the 80,000 compared to a normal account with 2% interest.
Hi, The cashback offer for hotels is great. If you go to four seasons, mandarin oriental, expensive hotels, revolut is 10% cheaper (at least) with the cashback. Also, you can have 1,2% cashback with the pro account in France, so it’s worth it
Yea seems like they have made some improvements, definitely was a common issue I found in the beginning when the hotels were way cheaper on Booking.com even after the cashback incentive. Glad they seems to have fixed it though🙌
I don't know if it does apply everywhere, but the 70% cancellation insurance "no questions asked" is quite a nice thing to have Also, currently as Ultra I have a 3GB eSim global that is quite nice if you are travelling around the globe. But I agree that this plan is only for someone who has a certain lifestyle and uses some of the subscriptions included. For the design, I think I actually prefer Metal...but now days I don't even use physical cards anymore 😅
if. you have $10k in cash, you deposit it in savings account. 5%. interest will pay for the entire card and you have all those services for free :) we can also adjust to inflation, deposit a little more, then your purchasing power will stay the same in the future years + having all those services for free. If you need all of those, this is the way to get it for free.
Well that’s technically true but it’s based on an assumption that the interest is fixed, which I doubt will stay the same over the next 12-24 months. The money could also earn you more in an index fund in the same period
Sorry for the terrible setup, in Greece for a couple of months. I will try to make it better for the next one!🤓

@@kevinjohannesen6094 I would pick ultra for sure

Like your approach to keep it real and practical. No fancy bates in your video. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

*And no, it’s still not free since this is money you would otherwise keep.
Free? Ever heard of cost of capital?
@@carlhamilton6628 yes, heard. your point?
was defo considering getting it depending how legit it looked
In Danmark its 60 euros a month
it is 50 a month now 3GB a month data
i use it for mile & miles
How does this work out?
Completely overpriced with far less benefits than N26 metal which is about ⅓ of the cost
