    Amazing video with a great structure. For me it is not a good value but amazing that it is for you. The airport lounge access for 1 person is something that i didn't think about. But i would always have the same problem the few times i travel

      Thanks so much Ward, glad you liked it and fully understand that Ultra does not have a mass-market appeal and as mentioned, I do hope that they either bring the price down or the value it offers even more up🤞 Cheers mate and happy Monday💪

    Dragon Pass is significantly worse than LoungeKey and Priority Pass. The over 1,000 lounges actually include facilities like sleeping pods, spas and even gaming areas. So the actual lounges are way less than 1,000. In addition, several important airports are not covered. Examples are Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami.

      Hi there and thanks for sharing. As I am not travelling much to the US this hasn't been an issue for me and having previously been with Loungekey for me I don't feel a difference, but in your case, if those cities matter, then for sure it might not be the best option for you. Cheers

    For me actually the problem is the 20credit of ClassPass, 1 gym access is at least 4/5 credit. If they included the 30credit instead of the 20 credit I would join right away, because would mean that I can cut of on 35€ gym.

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  4 месяца назад +1

      Understandable. Sadly for me and many others we pay the same price and don’t even get any classpass credits at all which is very strange.

    I see that you get 3.5% intrest what if you set 1.500 euros on the bank and revolut is paying out 3.5% you get 50 euros back and that would cover the subscription fee that is a infinite free ultra plan loop right?

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  22 дня назад

      Hi and yes, that would be awesome 😉 Just keep in mind though, the 3.5% is per year, so at €1,5K you would only earn €4.3 of interest per month. Still though, if you also use cashback on all your spendings this can add up. In my case my 1.2% cashback per month is usually over €50 plus I get the interest plus all other benefits on top so yes, definitely worth it 👌

    • @karakaze2589
      @karakaze2589 22 дня назад +1

      @@SmartMoneywithKai I thought they will pay you every month over the 1.5k 50 euros on 3.5% intrest. their stating paid out daily and it is withdrawable anytime this is what they claim on their website I copy paste it here: Receive from 2% - 3.5% per year (variable) on your savings, paid out daily and withdrawn at any time.

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  19 дней назад

      Correct, it's paid out daily and you can withdraw anytime but 3.5% per year means your daily payout would be (your amount you have in the account * 3.5%/365). Hope this clarifies things. Cheers

    Compare to costs and benefits this is actually no competition to my Amex Platinum Card. Regardless the other benefits, you get a second Amex Platinum Card for your partner and a second Priority Pass for your partner without additional costs, which gets you in total wit 4 persons into the lounge. A no brainer for me.

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  19 дней назад

      Hi and yes, good option as well, probably even more for families, I just often travel alone so for me +1 not that relevant and the other perks for me too hard to track if I used the credit or not, lastly the FX fee of 2% and ATM fee of 4% is crazy, that's why for me I will stick with the Ultra which is also cheaper. Cheers

  • @cbastien92

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  7 месяцев назад

      Hi there👋 No, I signed up for the annual plan and paid €540 which comes out to €45 per month, every month😉 If you don't use the partner benefits then it makes your decision easy not to go for it, their lower plans offer great value too👌 Cheers

    What's the point with cashback when transaction fees are already 2% per transaction? This card seems extremely expensive to use..

    • @SmartMoneywithKai
      @SmartMoneywithKai  6 месяцев назад
