fun little sign I painted... here are some more signs I painted ruclips.net/p/PLgXVRbX3vvk-Lsu64U2VN5EKTwjydd9fK
Where are you these days!?
That little tool for making holes in the tracing paper is pretty nifty. The manana thing is really funny too. Love the final sign :)
Yeah it comes in handy all the time, it's called a pounce wheel. Thanks for noticing the joke 😁 and thanks again for the kind words I appreciate it!
This is fire and so is the music lol sounds like a currensy song
Very good do any of us get it right first time .hell no !! As Von Dutch once said most fancy details are only added to cover up a boo boo lol . How very true . Nice job fella 👍
Very true words of wisdom! thanks for watching as always 😁
I agree with you
Covering up boo boos is how I come up with some of my best stuff!!
Sweet
Alright, ya got me. I'll subscribe. It looks like a lot of your artwork is a style I like, that being the lowbrow, hot rod, Big Daddy Roth, Von Dutch..Robert Williams . Nice, clean final product, regardless of starting over ...
Alright! Thanks for subscribing, you named off the greats for sure. I like to show my mistakes people are lying if they show you they get it right on the first try every time haha
love how you letter
Thank you Luis! I appreciate that 👊😁
Great work
Thank you, appreciate it!
Good job!
Thank you!
The music choices in your videos are always so chill, really goes together well with your art style I think ^_^
Thank you, coming from someone like you whose channel is heavily music themed, I appreciate you saying that 😃
A left handed painter , finally lol
leftys unite!
DON'T LET THE "RIGHT" MAN KEEP YOU DOWN!! lol
Really liked the sign and video......Music was hard to get over.....lol
Lovely work! 👍
Appreciate it thank you!
Dope!!! Glad I watched until the end !! Lol good shit, man!
Haha glad you liked it! Thank you
Sick sign bro👍 Enjoyed watching you process
Thank you! It's always a fun challenge to shovel 6 hours of work into 4 minutes haha
@@IronGordon 😂😂😂 IKR
Very cool! Nice job
thank you thank you!
Is that just regular acrylic paint ur using?
I really enjoyed the narrative in this one as well as the project. What are you doing to the back of the paper after using the pinwheel? Sanding to deburr??
Thank you! It's a foam sanding block, I just run a little bit of sandpaper over the back of the pounce pattern paper to help open up the holes for the chalk to fall through. Looking at it that part now it is really vague isn't it? Haha thanks for coming by!
I agree with you hes narrative is great and video to
Haha--I was waiting for the "...and I'll try better next time." and you let me in on a little secret for doing so. Now I'm trying to remember the book where I first heard about the "Free Beer Tomorrow" sign a bar had. I think it was the Repairman Jack series..but I'm not sure. Hmm....
Hahaha you never know what will be at the end! Nice yeah Ive seen those beer signs before, I didn't realize it came from a book series, interesting.
I don’t think it came from the book, but as I don’t frequent bars, that was the first time I ran across the joke.
Damn now I need to get a tag line! Lol.
Free (hand) pinstriping tomorrow haha
Great video! What’s your spray primer of choice for MDF?
I don’t have much of a preference honestly, I generally use rust oleum for Spray painting because it’s readily available. Kilz goes in nice and thick and seals up the mdf quick without having to do as many coats hope that helps
Thanks for watching!
@@IronGordon thanks for the tip!
What's the name of that little wheel tool that you used to transfer your pattern
Pounce tool
Do you have a link for that powder block you use on your stencil?
Yes I just put the link in the description under pounce Pad.
Thanks for catching that!
Thanks so much for the quick response. Been binge watching all your videos can’t wait for the next one!
Awesome thanks so much! Should be this Friday 🤞 are you a painter your self?
Iron Gordon - Art never really painted much used to tattoo as an apprentice and still draw regularly and I’m wanting to start painting now.
Mack Hannukaine quills? Which sizes?
For the word tattoo yes it was a Mack Hannukaine quill, and it was size XL which is equivalent to a # 10 I believe.
The words "free" and "tomorrow" where painted with a Kafka script liner #6
Iron Gordon - Art thanks! Just got my Hannukaine quills in this week and haven’t experimented with the XL yet. Appreciate the reply
@@loyallistener201 nice! I have been using them for a while now and they are a good set of brushes for a very reasonable price.
This is fantastic Iron Gordon, really like how you did this piece, left u a BIG THUMBS UP my friend 😁👍👍👍👍🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟 p.s did u see my 2 new tattoo machine videos?
Thanks you! I didnt but I will go watch! I have a video idea I'm working on (couple months down the road) that I need a tattoo machine for. I'll make sure to reference your video, because I had no idea how to build one until I watched your video 👍
@@IronGordon thank you so much my friend 😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍
