do you have a tip for off the shoulder tops: whenever I wear my off the shoulder top it dosent have straps and it dosent slip down but it goes up and covers my shoulders and dosent look as nice ? it's kind of like the last one but without arms

Can you do a video on how to diy clothing from the thrift store to make it trendy or work for your body if it is too small or too big or maybe has a stain or rip somewhere in the piece? I have gone to the thrift store so many times and found a really expensive item for super cheap but it will either be too big, too small or it might have a stain or a hole in it somewhere so I will pass it up. It is the most depressing feeling to see things from guess or express for $2 and have to pass them up for a tiny little detail that with the perfect diy, you could make it work for you.
