    I love hearing about your juice cleanse Cindy. I have dramatically reduced the amount of meat and dairy in my diet starting in January of this year and I have so much more energy! It started with my diagnosis of Ménière’s Disease and needing to reduce the amount of salt I eat. Just finished my dessert of 1 orange and 2 bananas! Feeling great!

      Removing all animal products was life changing for me I did that 2 years ago. I never really ate much dairy. I am going to be posting receipes after my cleanse. I sleep two hours less a day. So much energy. I get up naturally at 6am. How is your garden? 🌻🍍🍉🍊

    I love you even more now Cindy! I was diagnosed with MS in my early 50’s and now only eat , plant based Whole Foods as well. Meat and other animal products make me so very sick “gastro wise”. I’m 58. I drink smoothies made with all fruits and veggies and coconut water and also juice throughout the day. I use the Breville Juice Fountain Plus for my juices and a Nutribullet for my smoothies. So yummy!

    Great information Cindy. I have thought about getting a mini rebounder, there's so many & some are very pricey. Do you mind sharing what you use/have.

      Its a stamina folding 36 in mini trampoline I purchased online from Amazon. It's 49.64 and free shipping. I had to have someone help me set it up. I have the one without the handle.

    How do you get your protein? Raw veggies are the best especially spinach! I think the people who say veggies are toxic are referring to non-organic modified produce. The same with meat and eggs. They must be natural/grass fed. Soybean products are full of estrogen and can affect our hormones.

      When you research, amino acids is what we need. I do not get into the protein debate. 🌻

      @@Cindyscrossstitch I know it used to be a big thing in the past. I was a young teenager when I started using enemas and love doing them for the health benefits.
