🦋 Hi Cindy, we were very sorry to hear about what happened to your mother and your son. Mother Nature is a powerful phenomenon that’s for sure. It was good to sit down and spend some time with you as you went through your pieces and shared your thoughts about them. I have written on the back of some of my favourite pieces to whom they are to be given after I shuffle off this mortal coil. For my other works I figure they will end up where they are meant to go ~ since we have no grandchildren ~ that thought gives me peace. Look after yourself and All the Best to you💕 and your family. Hi Cindy loved seeing your finishes they are beautiful and also your WIP's. I loved your framed pieces they are stunning. You do such beautiful stitching in your projects. I have been doing 3 months to a finish with Dena Half cross stitch and I selected 6 projects to try to complete in the months of (October, November, December timeframe). I have finished 2 out of six and almost finishing the third one and really enjoying doing them. I will be doing 25 new starts for 2025 and also some gifts as well. I always love going through my stash and picking out what projects I want to stitch (of course I want to stitch everything). I will be going to my LNS sometime in a couple of weeks called Stitchery X-Press (only five minutes from my home and Shepards bush is only 21 minutes from my home) and will be looking at material and other patterns. I am glad you Mom and Son are safe and I will say a prayer for them as well as for you. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat

Lol oh hrh is so big,those were expensive to frame or sure! Halloween cats my granddaughter would love. Lol shes a cat person and bith my kids and their families love Halloween. H harvest time is sweet, hmm don’t think I have ever seen that one. See you next time

This is a good way to do this. I use upholstery thread which is stronger.

Everything you have stitched is beautiful. I too wonder what will happen to my many years of stitched pieces when I am gone, I have 1 son and I know his wife does not want my stuff. I'd rather Goodwill than a dumpster. I am always sorry to hear you mention you lost all your stuff, that must be so hard. Thank you for your time.

Yes for Samaritan’s Purse! Someone was just sharing about them at my Bible Study yesterday. They are based out of Boone and the folks in those orange shirts are helping to alleviate suffering and bring the good news of Jesus in the midst of such sorrow and confusion.

Thanks for sharing with us. I’ve got a grandson who is a lineman headed to Florida to help with Milton cleanup. We as a nation should be ashamed of the response our government is giving Americans in their time of extreme need. Sending prayers from Iowa.

Thank you for showing me how to make ornaments without hot glue. I am making ornaments as gifts for my family this year and will be using your method. Also, I’m from the south and don’t hear accents like yours that often. Your voice is very soothing to me.

Glad that you your son and your mom are doing ok! This has just been such a horrible time for so many! I have some family in the Hickory area they are fine just lost power and water like so many others! Prayers for everyone!
