Thank you for taking the time to demonstrate and test this amp; I just got it for Christmas. I have a 12" 400watt RMS Power subwoofer. Do I just pick "channel A", and bridge it to the + and - terminals?
Hey, I just bought the same amp for Christmas and I have 2 8” speaker and 10” subwoofer. The sub is being Bruges on B channel a the 2 speaker are on channel A
Running great, do to Amp being limited to adjusting ill have to buy some crossover to make it sound less bright. I also have a cheap Walmart pioneer stereo that really doesn't adjust great, that also makes a difference. Overall its a great Amp for small sound system.@@EriVibes
I have a question for you buddy I have some mtx terminators dual loaded enclosure the subs are 400rms and 800watt max 4ohms would this amplifier be sufficient? From what I'm seeing and understand I think so but I wanted to see what you thought
I have a jeep Sahara 2018 so it has two speakers in the window to knee speakers, and two overhead speaker and a subwoofer so do I need a five channel amplifier to power all my speakers
My friend who owns a car audio shop built custom boxes for my 2021 Sahara to replace the dinky 4" knee speakers with a pair of Rockford Fosgate Punch series 6"×8" 3 way speakers , replaced the sound bar with a pair of Retro Manufacturing R-TB8 full range speaker boxes ( two 8" woofers and two silk tweeters) and one Power Bass 10" sub . The whole system is running off of a 2500-watt 5 channel Cerwin Vega amp, and it thumps hard.
I have ran a pioneer 8604 4ch amp= more powerful than this amp, and is 1 ohm stable, which is rare for a 4ch. Amp. I ran it setup as a 3ch. I wired the front, and rear driver side 4 ohm speakers parr.= 2 ohm load, to ch. #1, then ch. #2 the same way, on the passenger side, Highpassed @ 80Hz. Then i bridged ch. 3 and 4, and ran 2-10" single 4 ohm voice coil subwoofers, wired in parr.= a 2 ohm load @ the amp= 1 ohm load bridged, it sounded Awesome!
@@stereomojo I don’t know it’s just the stock speakers from a 5th gen Camaro. I thought it was cause the voltage was bad since it had a battery that was old. So I bought a new battery. Then I replaced the alternator cause my lights would still flicker. I also put 4 gauge wiring and a better ground but it still goes into protect mode 🤣 and it also makes a nasty buzzing noise when no music is playing
@@trappster48 i fixed the problem :D turned out the camaros have shitty ground cable from the battery. i added a second ground cable and replaced the bolt that connects the ground cable to the chassis.
I just picked up two 6 x 9 Pioneer speakers. What’s the best pioneer amplifier to get with the base knob? I think I need a five channel.
Does that mean you can only power four speakers

@@gabrielvalentin9773 Hey, thank you for replying and sharing your setup! How is the amp preforming for your 2 speakers, and sub?

That’s the box that only has 1 terminal for both subs right?

That thing would jam front/rears or front/rear with some midbass plenty imo.
I think so too!
Isn't that what it's designed for?

I do miss the old Ohm + tuning fork symbol of pioneer.
Would this work good on 2 comp r kickers each speaker I think max is 1000w peak ?
How many ohms are your subs?

I have this amp with 2 500w kickers and it keeps going into protection when I turn it up

Mines keeps going into protect mode like it’s so annoying ..
That stinks. Is the ohm load correct?

Ohm logo symbol
They tried to make it as X944 but the 944 hits harder better then this thing
Sorry but I think 95 wait %98 of the people just want to know if it’s worth buying and will it bump.
Aw, come on now Rudy!
