      You should change your sleep routine if you are not comfortable with the present one. Take advice from your parents also.

      I will give you simple hack.
      I am also in 12.
      So , sleep at 10 o'clock put you alarm set to 5 am , max the volume of your phone and place it away from your bed.
      When it will ring you will have to stand up and turn it off. After that dont even think of sleeping again.
      Go to your balcony take some deep fresh breath , wash your mouth , drink 1 glass of luke warm water and do simple exercise for 5 min.
      Now start studying.
      I have done this so i am telling you.

      I think I can help you when I have to remember something like this I use to write particular data on piece of paper and stick somewhere you visit frequently ( kitchen, bedroom or even toilet).

    Sir i am frustrated by my bad habit of sleeping... I am preparing for neet.. I wake up at 7 am which I have got habituated to.. But the problem is i feel sleepy just after studying till 8.30 to 9 am... And after that i wake up at 11 Or 12 ... Because of which I always become frustrated as I am unable to do the work I decided... And the day on which I forcefully keep myself awake that day I feel like insomniac... And i am not able to sleep at night too... I am confused what to do.. If I sleep more I feel sleepy whole day if nt then I feel sleep deprived.. Please help

      Mujhe jyaada toh nahi pata bas itna keh sakti hun ki aap psychiatrist se jaakar miliye ya phir meditation kijiye .
      Main aesa isiliye bata rahi hun kyunki main bhi same problem mein thi but main recover kar pa rahi hun

      observe your sleep cycle dear....just find out ki subh kitne bje aap nhi uth skte.nd raat kitne bje tk aap jag skte ho...agar 7 bje nhi uth pa rhe to its ok....is chiz pe focus krne ki zarurat nhi h ki 7 bje nhi uth pa rhe....ap usi chiz pr focus kroge to wo chiz problem banne lgegi...to its okay agar 8 bje uth jao...secondly....timing p itna dhyan dena bnd kro kuch din...aap robot nhi ho right.kuch din 7 bje 8 bje ye sab sochna choro...naturally jb nind ari h so jao rat m..nd 7 8 ghnte bad uth jao. ..sleep. cycle smjho apni. focus pdhai pe kro...timing p nhi ..nd yes...exercise kro...ya just walk....brisk light walk....5 min. deep breathing...ye sab imp h....start hustling once you wake up....bed p mat pdho...teacher teacher khelo board . m pdho.....kuch din m sab thik ho jaega
