    Want to share my experience of implementing the concept of sleep cycle in my life, few months ago I used to sleep for min 8 hours, slowly and gradually I set the goal to 6 hours, today I can say proudly, "yes! 6 hours of sleep is possible". Now I have 18 hours a day and I have lots of options to do extra things. Thanks buddy!

    Hello sir thank you so much for making such helpful videos......i want one advice from you .....i spend my 8hrs in the office and 7hrs study plus 2 hours for meals and other is it ok if i sleep 4 hours or sometimes 5..... and like in this video you've told we should eat our dinner 2 hours before sleep.....i come from office around 11 and after that i eat my dinner and within an hour i sleep, around 12 ...... please advice me if i am wrong anywhere...

      not always but it is for them who dreams but if you dont dream but get sound sleep its ok ...work on sound sleep :-)

      People dream, but most of the time people can't remember. Because they go to sleep again without fully waking up. So basically an average person dreams 4-6 time in a 6-8 hr sleep.

    Sir i hv a question .. for those 6 -7 hours in which we hv to sleep must be continuous or we can break them in two parts .. suppose we sleep for 5 and a half hours in night and 1 to 1.5 hours during afternoon..

    Eat 3 hours before sleep
    Eat healthy
    Keep all screens away before 1 hour of sleeping time
    Brush your teeth, Take shower and moisturise properly just half hour before sleeping
    Meditate or do breathing exercise before lying down in bed
