      @@AshuYadav-mx7bd nahi lekin ab jarurat hai aisa mehsoos ho raha hai. Sadguru ne sambhavi aur soonya dhyan dono bataya tha tabhi yogi varun anand ke pss aya. Beech mein 1- din toh easa hota hi ki agar 1 samay sambhavi nahi kiya toh uthna muskil ho jata hai. Mein shoonya dhyan bhi karunga cope up keliye.Filhal sambhavi aur aashwini mudra schedule mein hai aur uske baad guru ji ne jaisa bataya.

    Me bhi exams ki taiyari me lagi hue hun per bahut neend aati hai...jitna jyada samay padhai ko dena chahiye rahi utna to so jati hu. Aur isi se pareshan hi thi aur ye video Mila mujhe. Jubki mene search bhi nahi Kiya tha kisi prakar ka neend se related kuch. Per ab jaisa isme apne bataya waisa hi kar ke dekhti hu. Asha hai laabh ho mujhe.🙏

      अगर आप सात्विक भोजन करने के अभिलाषी है, तो तामसिक भोजन का त्याग कर दे। तामसिक भोजन में निम्नलिखित पदार्थ आते है।
      १)मांस
      २)मदिरा
      ३)प्याज
      ४)लहसुन
      ५)मसूर दाल(यह अगर आपसे न हो पाए तो कोई कष्ट नहीं परंतु हो जाए तो उचित होगा)
      #राजसिक भोजन में तला हुआ, मसालेदार भोजन आता है, इसे आप कभी कभी ग्रहण कर सकते है।
      अगर आप का कोई और प्रश्न हो तो निसंकोच प्रश्न करे।

    I use mantra before sleep which really hepl me a lot it's useful...

    Because at that time i chanting this mantra into mind and it's useful...

    I am not a native Hindi speaker myself but I wish all Hindi speakers speaks Hindi like him. Most hindi speakers on RUclips speak hinglish (50-50). I wonder why. I think they got their school education at Christian Missionary schools where speaking native language is punished.

      Yaa.. that's true..in my school u have to pay fine for not speaking English..that is the provision...but still nobody follows..even English medium student r not able to communicate well in English

    Subha uthke bhastrika pranayam karna hai .
