@@viewsreviews6405 bro I had tried thrice and had tried to feed my brain that I have to get up early in morning and have to cover this much topic but when I get up I used to see that it's 6 o clock and then it leads to somehow demotivation.
But don't know whether my way of treating the subconscious was wrong or something else......

2. Everyone have their Style to study, don't copy you have also your own follow that.
3. Try to relate study with your life

I am no psychologist , but i think this will help you
First thing you should do is accept and embrace the tension , you are anxious because your body needs to win in this . try to think like this do not try to avoid it
Next one is prepare well , if you prepare well you will feel less tension
You can never erase tension fully everyone become tensed.
While meditating if thoughts come just let it come dont avoid it , but dont be attached with it

Sometimes it's become boring and feeling very sleepy
Then sleep.
Don't deprive the body of the essential ingredient (sleep,food)
Eat light food during lunch because more oxygen is utilised in the stomach for digestion instead of brain that's why you feel dizzy . You can eat heavy during the morning instead with some digestive enzymes and drink hot water 1 glass after waking up asap.
Solve maths if it is in ur syllabus because I do maths drm 3 to 5 every day..

> you need a minimum of 6 hours of sleep.
> don't use devices like phones 1 hour before and after sleep
> don't sleep on side of your stomach.
> sleep in the left side position.{with lot of pillows}

Thanks You Sir for this video to clear our best position for students and Sir left ward sleep not only it boost memory brain but also it makes our metabolism clear which makes our digestion process smooth because the location of stomach is on left which makes the stomach to know the regulation of digestive enzymes to digest when required to secrete or not and also in stomach we have four parts which food are digested easier way i.e. cardia, fundus, body, and pyloric, while sleeping left position.

Sir, how to reduce sleep hour to 6 as you said,I tried hard to reduce sleep hrs but I had to take 8-9 hrs sleep ,otherwise my head start paining & in day feels tired/sleepy, calculation errors etc. Wait for your reply.

One must give the body what it demands. If it is showing problems and unable to work at it best with reduced sleep hours, why would you even consider reducing it? I'd suggest you to listen to your body and do what is necessary! You can always give your best when you are at your best! All the best ❤️
Just take 6 hours sleep and in the morning time when sun completely rises go to terrace or any where else and then start jogging or walking or the best which is Surya namaskar and I am damn sure you not feel sleepy for 2-3 hours and after that start taking max to max half an hour not more than that either two or three as per your requirement.....

Got the solution of this problem..
1. Set a timetable for next day
2. Divide it into 3 session. Mrng, afternoon, evening.
3. Write it down in stick pad.(the topics which must be completed that day)
4. Strikeout when u complete the topic one by one.
This will really help you... Bcoz at the end of the u will feel happy when u strike out all those topics...

Sir you are excellent but my dought is that our heart is located slightly on left hand side and if we sleep on left hand side then their might be some pressure on heart by the internal organs like lungs, especially during breathing so due to this pressure on heart it may create a problem
