Actually that whole thing about the big stage hand from Toho Studios was just a myth the name Gojira was actually a combination of the Japanese words for Gorilla and Whale.

And with Godzilla it was the inspiration of 2 American films that gave Japanese film producer Tomoyuki Tanaka the idea for the famous Kaiju the 1950's re-release of the 1933 King Kong and the 1953 film The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms that had a similar story as Godzilla about a Giant dinosaur revived by the atomic bomb that was frozen in ice in the Antarctic and it was also said Tanaka got the idea while he was flying home and looked out the window of the plane he was on looking out at the ocean and also the story of a Japanese fishing boat the Lucky Dragon Number 7 that had drifted too close to the atomic proving grounds near the Bikini Atoll.
17:36 if anybody knows the film/show this piece of animation is from, I've been fascinated by it since I was a kid and searched in vain to find the source.
I use to have this on DVD and love it.

@@MistaVidz This is a two part documentary. I know because I used to own a copy. The second tape conatined the second part of the documentary that lead up to the 1998 movie.

What is with all the cuts in this video?
Reason why there are so many cuts in the video is because recently a lot of the copyright claims on the video for some reason were blocking the video world wide, I tried to dispute the claims but they would immediately reject them so sorry for all the cuts.
On the Plus side I'm in the process of getting the DVD version of this soon and will upload it on RUclips, hopefully soon.
@@MistaVidz My advice, if the video gets blocked worldwide, except for certain countries, post a google drive link. That's what I did with my review of The Brave Little Toaster.
