The audio recording itself sounds a TAD bit scratchy but I'm not terribly surprised, since Thomas Breaks the Rules & Other Stories was released on September 27, 1990, which would be 34 years ago (as of when I'm writing this comment), so I wouldn't be shocked if the reason why the audio isn't as clear as mud (as my band director would say) is because of tape degrading. Still, I really wish this would get re-uploaded with a slightly higher audio quality.

So this is vice city…..I love the vibrant colors. Looks a little dated (no surprise for a game from the early 2000s) but this definitely makes me excited to see them revisit vice city in GTA 6
