    👍 great videos you have posted, could you tell me the meat that you have hanging does it stay there till you use it or do you put it in a fridge or freezer. Thanks,

      Hi, thanks
      Sausages, bacon and ham I remove and freeze once they reach desired dryness. In general it can be left but I don't like it too dry. Bones would be left hanging until use, since I use them in bean stews and cooking will soften the meat up
