Hi, thanks Sausages, bacon and ham I remove and freeze once they reach desired dryness. In general it can be left but I don't like it too dry. Bones would be left hanging until use, since I use them in bean stews and cooking will soften the meat up All the best 👍🙂
Hi great videos you post, could you share with us how you use the pice of meat drying that has the backbone and rib bones on it, I was thinking that it might be used in broths and bean stews.
Thanks buddy. I will make a video about it for sure. Yes, you can use it for broth, but I would use only as 10-20% addition to plain bones and joints , because it can get too rich/strong. I do leave fair amount of meat on bones so it is great addition to bean stews also potato or cabbage stews All the best 👍
