Those pesky heart rate monitors!!! which is really best? who knows, but the polar verity is definitely my favourite at the moment:

1) I've dual recorded Garmin HRM-RUN chest strap & Polar Verity Sense arm strap for hundreds of run. They almost always within a beat of eachother or exactly the same. Polar arm strap is very good except there is a slight delay of a second or three.
2) Garmin now have a special female chest strap HRM-FIT that clips onto any sports bra. It seems they solved the problem. Be great if you did a video on that.

Is the arm strap better than the wrist one of your watch? I just don’t understand how it would be as good as the chest one… 😅

i don't even have "girls" and a chest strap isn't very comfy. I've never heard of an arm strap, but i'm going to look into it.

I would definitely recommend, it must be comfier for men too! Chest constrictions aren’t ever nice 😅
