Crafsman, you make me feel like I am sitting with an old friend, who is teaching me something so that we can just sit together later and enjoy our time together, doing that activity. Thanks again for expanding my interests.
@downtownscoot I like that. It feels like that for me too. Just sit down after a soul-crushing day at work to come home and share a nice time with an old friend.
A new Crafsman video is like checking the pockets of an old pair of pants and pulling out a $20 note. So satisfying on many levels and a total life bonus!
Hey Mr. TheCrafsMan!!! We both live near trains!!!! I heard your train, but I thought it was my train. But then I rewinded the video and I heard the train again! Trains are neat!
Crafsman, you are truly an inspiration. My grandmother passed yesterday and I had a pretty tough day at work today, so getting home and seeing you have a new video just made my week. You always make me smile and make me feel better no matter what's going on. Keep steady craftin!
Im literally right now struggling with sleep for 5 hours straight, and this video is a saviour for me! Commenting even before watched it, but i just love you Crafsman. Hello (from Russia :3)
Thanks again Crafsman. Your smooth voice is wonderful to my ears. If I never make an action figure my time is still well spent on your videos. Steady Craftin
Yaaayyy a new Crafsman video! Thank you for all the work you put into making videos for us Crafsman. Your genuine and kind nature really comes through in your videos and I, for one, really appreciate every single second I get to watch you create the most amazing things. Keep steady craftin!
Crafsman, you and your channel have inspired me to be more creative in my life. Recently I've gotten in to 3d printing using your video as a guide. Can't wait to share some of my creations with you.
Pop sculpture is one of my favorite books! It really is the only book I've come across so far that really gives me a idea of how toy design is traditionally done. Another great video as always!
My new favorite unintentional ASMR channel. I came for crafts stayed for the man. Thank you to RUclipsr-who-does-not-want-to-be-named for enlightening me to this channel I probably would have missed otherwise
My eyes have been opened to the possibilities Crafsman!!! I have been missing something in my crafting. I could never put my finger on it. Between resin and art dolls...something was missing! Now I'm going to be able marry the two!!! THANK YOU CRAFSMAN❤💚💜💙💛
Hi Crafsman, I just wanted to thank you for making these videos. I’ve spent the last 2 weeks sick and having to sleep on the couch, your videos have helped me fall asleep each night and for that, I’m very grateful to you. I’m glad you enjoyed Monster Clay, I know Arnold at Monster Makers put a lot of time into developing it. There was only one hardness and colour when I first starting using it, it’s come a long way since then. Have a great day!
Found your channel maybe 4-5 months ago and was hooked after the first episode and binged the whole vid list lol. Shortly after I got into modeling clay then polymer clay and dabbling in small scale wooden cabin things most recently. Steady crafting is an essential attribute for steady successing 😉
your art style would lend itself really well to an animated series or video game. it's so unique and detailed and it carries really well across all your figures.
I made Scott's recipe for Toy wax a few years back. Its great. The most difficult part to me was acquiring all the necessary ingredients in smaller quantities. Still using the same batch today... Great Stuff and great Video as always!
With the quarantine going on my nursing home job gas become very stressful. We have to work 2-3 times harder. I found your videos and it helped so much to just listen to your commentary. Absolutely the Bob Ross of RUclips/sculpting
I'm so glad I got recommended this channel! You seem really passionate about the things you do and the way you talk is so relaxing to listen to, it's one of those voices where you'll listen to and get so engaged in even though you're not completely interested in the subject being discussed. Please keep doing the things you love, and I hope to be a regular viewer!
Sir, you are a genius of a performer! I love watching all of your shows. So much great information in an amazing format. Thank you for all you do for the crafting and making community!
Thank you Crafsman. My nephew loves robots. He is special so he is very particular and doesn’t like just any toy. After watching your videos, I am inspired to try to make a robot toy for him that he will really like.
I always love seeing a new video from you. Your videos make me happy, and are very calming. Thank you for being you, and sharing yourself and your talents with the world.
This video helped me a lot. I was really confused as to what the difference between monster clay and other clays (like sculpey) were and what could possibly justify monster clay's relatively high price. The answer is versatility. Thank you!
I used to use one of those alcohol lamps with the chemistry set I had as a child. Yes, people used to let kids in play with stuff like that- safety hadn’t been invented yet. But my alcohol lamp didn’t have a blowtorch feature.
Amazing video, thank you! The grainy-ness of the castilene reminds me of sculpture clay I've used! That stuff has grog mixed into the wet clay to give it that grainy feeling! Grog is fired and ground up clay that you add back to the wet clay to give it a nice texture and makes it so it can adapt to changes in moisture!
Great info, Crafsman--you're always introducing me to stuff I have never heard of before. This monster wax and Castilene looks like really fun stuff to work with. You're a great teacher!
I've never heard of monster clay, that sounds awesome I may have to try me some of that! The dramatic zoom after the microwave statement had me rolling by the way, even more the second time because I didn't expect it. Always love to see your videos, Crafsman!
"9 times out of 5 I don't know what I'm gonna do." That's part of why I watch. Watching you is on par is sitting back with any of my creative friends in the shop and just shooting the breeze and saying check this out. Informal or unstructured does not always mean unprofessional or half assed. I'd rather watch a real person than someone stiff and scripted.
I realize sorrow tv didnt want us to say, "oh, I'm here because of sorrow tv" lol, but in all truth, I'd never know about this awesome channel and I now need to binge watch all your stuff. Love everything here
Great book, super happy to see you mention it. The castilene was is alot of fun to use but with the need for heat can be a little time consuming. Always trying new ideas to keep a little warm while working.
Thanks crafsman for getting me into sculpting and other craft related things, its a great creative outlet when i dont have anything to draw or simply suffering from art block. I find myself being more inspired after doing a craft or watching one of your videos. You are a gem hidden among the dust, keep craftin’!
Thank you Crafsman, this is great and valuable information. Been looking for an easier mold preparing technique .polymer clay is hard to get smooth as that. Thank you and keep up the great work and sharing it to other artists. Peace. ✌

I just can't get enough of the craftsman I don't even be making things I just like watching his videos
You should try some of the stuff he does. It’s like doing paintings with Bob Ross!
His voice just relaxes me!
Man, while growing up my mother had that same crockpot. Now I want some Red beans and rice.
This comment made me smile!
Red beans n' rice! I could eat a plate twice. Red beans n' rice! Are really really nice.

I live by a metro track and i like how you can tell the time from the trains coming past.
I love the sound of trains. There is a far away train that we can sometimes hear from our house, and it's really special when we can hear it.
Trains are neat!
That alcohol torch is so cool.
Right?! I had never seen something like that right there before.
