It truly is the bread that is fattening, not the fats.

Hi. Looks amazing and would love to make for a dinner party on the weekend! Do you have a recipe with quantities etc? Not sure how much brioche bread to use! Could I make the mixture ahead in the morning and then bake in the evening?
I just used a whole pack of brioche buns (minus 1 due to my thief 😂😂) so there were 8 bread rolls in the pack :) yes you can defo make the mixture, or the whole pudding earlier in the day and pop it into the oven half an hour before serving :) it’s such a good dessert for guests.. everyone I’ve served this too has loved it :) xxx

It doesn’t taste overly lemony and doesn’t have a tang to it.. it’s just got a nice subtle lemon to it.. but you could replace the lemon curd with a jam too :) xxx
