The Bible says that at the end times, the Jewish people will be “gathered” back to their homeland. They have been gathering back to their land since .about 1948. Over the years they have returned in droves. This is the gathering the Bible speaks about. Jesus will return sometime after this gathering. The Bible does not say that Jesus, being here on earth, will gather the people, but that He will draw the people back, which is what has been happening throughput the years.
