Can u tell how to open it as i want to change its battery..i have been using it for more than 4 years...and its one of best with goood battery backup upto 9 hours for first year and keeps decreasinf one hour per year rate as battery keeps getting weaker

Guys, i have the older version of this mp3 and the headphones i have is SolRepublic HD i recommend you to use these awesome, amazing headphones it goes perfectly with the mp3 the bass is powerfull and hard the sound is clear and loud, i know this is more modern than the older version one, but if with the older one the bass and sound is amazing imagine with this one. i going to buy this new one philips has done a good job doing these mp3!, btw if you want to know how many is the headphones its 70$ or 80$, hope i helped ya !

You put the device into a computer and download Phillips songbird, you then go to your songbird library by clicking the file tab, and select the import media option. You click the folder you want to connect to your device, example: my music and click ok. Click music in the library pane to view all the music you imported. Select the songs you want to sync and if you want to select multiple hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and click which songs you want to add with your mouse. Click and drag the highlighted songs to the philips gogear icon in the Library pane to automatically sync the files to the device
