I have had a persistant cough for years.when i would talk i would start coughing.it was terrible. I started taking oil of oregano about 4 months ago.My cough is now completely gone.The taste is awful. Here is what I do. It is a 70 mile drive for me to a health food store .I ordered from amazon , the oil of oregano with eye dropper and a bag of empty gell pill capsules #2 and #3. put the oregano in the capsules and take down with a shot of olive oil. Bad taste is completely gone. I also put cumin, cayenne pepper, and ginger and other herbs and spices in the capsules. I got a capsule filling tray from amazon .I am 80years old. If I had known I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of myself.
You're right it tastes terrible, I'm going to try mixing it with some fresh squeezed orange juice. Hopefully that will kill the taste. Edit : I tried two drops of oregano oil with the juice from one orange. It still tasted horrible. I had a terrible aftertaste. I brush my teeth afterwards and it seemed better.

Great tips! I hope you live the rest of your life in the best condition you can. Try programming yourself with affirmations. "I am still healthy because my body is healing itself." Eat lots of antioxidants and spinach(for vitamins A,C,E fiber, iron magnesium, potassium) Smoothies can be delicious without any added sugar. This will definitely help. I wanna start taking care of myself now that I'm 32. Wish you lots of health✌️

But the person who owns the company wrote several books, Dr Cass Ingram, "The cure is in the cupboard". And many other interesting educational books and many booklets. The stuff is potent and so effective. He also makes Chaga (mushroom) coffee ☕ that's great for strengthening your immune system. Make half regular coffee and half Chaga blend. He makes a few good products. The oregano also comes in softgels and capsules as well as the actual liquid in a tincture bottle......🌞

I suffer several lung conditions which will I will ultimately succumb to. I have a friend whose infected ingrowing toenail was not getting better despite many treatments with a range of antibiotics, antifungals, oral and topical medications. She was in constant pain and discomfort for months. I suggested oregano oil. She applied it and wore a sock over the dressing and it literally cleared up in one week. I always use one drop on each tonsil if I start to get a sore throat and it stops a cold overnight. Brilliant stuff!

I drink peppermint tea, and it helps to breathe better and opens your nasal passages. I make mouth wash with oregano and water.

I bought some organic oil of oregano and decided to try it out on my 13 year old daughter who has been suffering from allergies which have not allowed her to breathe out of her nose. Dr. Mandel your a blessing from God last year Mau 2023 I was medvac to Queens due to respitory infection and failure the inhaler Abutorel made my mucus thick as rubber band I suffered trying to cough it up. I used that for a U.T.I. infection and it cleared it up in 4 days. Whereas the antibiotics from the doctor took 10 days.
I use 3 drops when I have asthmatic bronchitis. Never thought to use it on the daily, even though I normally don't have asthma. Thank you!

Oregano oil literally saved my life once when i had a super bad bout of diverticulitis. Ive learned since to take it as soon as I sense the first twinge of pain. No flares since.
Do you use drops or capsules? I have heard of it for sinus etc but not gut issues until now.
I take this now. I got the Vitamin Shoppe brand and Natural Factors brand. A church Bishop blessed me with two bottles. Told me how use it just like in the video. It’s got a spicy kick to it but you’ll get used it after a few doses. I’m a big dude and I have a serious post nasal drip so I take about 5m4-6 drops under the tongue and let it sit. For a minute or so before swallowing. I use oil of oregano once every 4 to 6hrs. I have allergy induced asthma and this stuff helps with both symptoms. I also don’t have insurance so I can’t get a prescription for albuterol or fluticasone salmetrol that’s why oil of oregano and Primatine Mist have been my go to and the results are virtually identical. It’s all natural, I’ve taken so much of this and haven’t had any side effects besides Pizza/Pasta breath. Lol Do not hesitate to get yourself a bottle.

You are a lifesaver. Upon hearing your video I remembered oil of oregano & I know it works. I have tracheal stenosis from prolonged intubation. Drs wanted to perform tracheoplasty which I'm avoiding. This will work. The mucus has been clinging to the scar tissue in my trachea making it difficult to breathe. Thanks. I know this will work!!

You an easily make this at home, it grows so well, once you get it going. Remember folks, start small if you’re highly sensitive, or have natural red hair, and fair skin/freckles, don’t ask why the red heads, not enough space here to try. I’ve used tinctures many times but not pure natural oils, but I need to try something too.
