That's a 3 octave glissando that Floor did in tandem with Marko. The studio version, from 2004 with Tarja, only had his 2 octave slide. One of the heaviest songs , and one of the few that Emppu really shreds on. He ,and the band, play what the song needs, they are not out there to show off. The song is about a romance that has died. It's over , time to move on. We all loved hearing Marko and Floor sing together. And Marko with Tarja and Anette. He has the ability to sound good with almost anyone he sings with. For more of Marko and Floor , try ghost River (Wacken) or Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean(Buenos Aires 2018).
You always ask for recommendations... actually you only need to hang a list of all Nightwish songs on the wall and throw blindfolded and a dart on it - you will always hit a very good one!
Mike& Jess... one of my favorite Nightwish Songs... for sure. Jukka on the drums and his double base is amazing. Emppu's guitar part perfect. I love when Floor and Marko sing together, they compliment each other so well. Nice way to start out the weekend. Thank you.
I think thoose 2 guys with the inflatable guitar "shredded so much" on it trying to channel theyr inner Emppu,that it was just about flat at the end of the concert. And they have made plenty of reactors laugh on our raid journey all over YT. I still have bright in memory my favourite reaction to that long highnote they did together,just pushing eachother for the giggles it seemed,as they are just all smiles and seems unfazed at the end. It was a solo reactor coming to a complete ongoing O-face,he had never heard a note like that,certainly not like Floor did it (she went higher and higher,and then down again without the need to take a breath) You 2 come really close if not bypassing that guys reaction. Sadly his account got hacked so that reaction is lost forever (we tried to help reach out to YT about restoring it but no luck),but i managed to make him a live GIF of that moment wich we still have as a memory. No names given as i dont want to "promote someone else" in other peoples channels. And as always,ill end on my suggestion: Nightwish - Bless The Child Live 2013 (Wacken) Or if you want a more fast paced song,how about theyr show opener: Nightwish - Dark Chest Of Wonders Live Wacken 2013.

Glad you guys have come back to Nightwish. This is one of their more metal songs and yours is a great reaction. Nightwish is currently killing their 2022 world tour. Last night, October 13th, they started the South and Central America part of the tour in Rio de Janeiro. On June 25th their entire sunset concert at Hellfest 2022 was live streamed. That entire video has been viewed more than 2.5 million times in 3 months. A couple of weeks later, they did a nighttime concert at the Deichbrand 2022 festival. Maybe next either my favorite song from this same show, Song of Myself, or a personal, emotional composition from Tuomas, Dead Boy’s Poem, from Buenos Aires. Keep exploring Nightwish!
Greatest live performers. The energy. Stage presence. Floor is so amazing! I saw them recently - best show I have ever seen in my life. Great reaction. Looking forward to more! I might try "I Want My Tears Back" from Buenos Aires, or anything from Gabriel's list. If you want something completely different, LiSA is an absolutely stunning singer from Japan. I'd check out her doing "Gurenge" on First Take (it's a closed studio session with piano only). Turn on CC for English subtitles. She's one of the best in the world, and amazes me like Floor does, but is completely different.
This early on, I would advance "Ever Dream" (if you want melodic) or "Ghost River (if you want something heavier with more Emppu guitar work). There is not a song in their entire catalog that will disappoint. Everything is fresh and brilliant, as Tuomas is simply the greatest composer of my lifetime, and I have several decades on you. You really seem to appreciate them, so I don't know how you can keep yourself away. There's a lot of music out there, but seriously, nothing comes within a galaxy of comparing to Nightwish. Had a great time watching you experience this masterpiece. Cheers!

This song is Like a Coffee with Red Bull .... On Steroids 🤘❤🔥🤘. The “scream” at the end is called a glissando, going from low to high and back, for classical trained singers this is an exercise to warm up the vocal cords, so Floor will do this probably every day before breakfast NWSU 🤘😎🤘.

We apologize friend. It is all on us. This music reaction gig is tough to manage. We've had to take breaks to sort things out. We've also reached out to other reactors for advice. @@jaskau2462 It hasn't don't the trick for us. We've talked to other reactors. Nightwish and other artists will always deny your disputes. It's not about blocking. It's about us being unpaid promoters of their music for all time. It's a bit daunting to know if we react to 100 Nightwish songs all that time we will be unpaid promoters of their music. A lot of artists see value in reactors and don't mind releasing a copyright so the reactor can at least make something for their time. Our time is worth something to us. Like I said, this react gig react is tough to manage. Those first few months we spent hrs reacting to a lot of amazing music when we were in a bad financial situation with a newborn baby on the way. Now we have two teenage boys and a newborn daughter. We literally can't afford to spend hours doing anything in life that doesn't bring in any money whatsoever. Nightwish is just the band we are talking about now. There are a few others that we've stopped reacting to as well because as much as we love their music we aren't willing to go into the line of work of being unpaid promoters of their music.
P.s. Even with pausing and editing out chunks of the song our Nightwish reactions have been claimed. It only takes 5 to 10 seconds of audio to get flagged. The pausing thing does not work unfortunately.
This doesn't mean you won't see any Nightwish reactions from us. We are just trying to manage things properly so we don't end up hurting ourselves in the process.
Sadly without Marko, this is one song they will never do again. Troy just doesn't have that voice, and while Jukkis can sing, I don't think he is up to that level. During this tour, Floor has been handling most of the vocals, but this song would probably be too much. Too bad this is one of my favorites!
Windmills are no more. Because her hair is no longer as beautiful as it used to be due to her age, she has cut it to shoulder length. She says: It's headbanging and not hairbanging. The hair now looks like this: Floor Jansen - Me Without You | NGO Radio 2 The Wacken concert is special, but also a typical Nightwish concert. They won't appear in the US for the next two or three years. Floor will present her solo album in the spring and will be in the studio with Nightwish in the summer. It will appear in early 2024.

The demo for the whole upcoming album is done and the "rehearsals"(as K. Hahto said) in the studio starts 1st of July 2023... 😉👌
