I like Re5 but I don't think the co-op was all that great. My biggest issue is the over reliance of it. I don't need a partner to shake off some of the enemies, I think that's pretty stupid and annoying. I think Re6 had better co-op than Re5 but that's just my bias talking.
Hey I respect your opinion. I can get exactly what you mean in a way. There’s definitely points where the co-op can seem pointless, or underperforming. I guess what makes me have so much fun with it is how in some instances (like the Wesker fights) it’s utilized well. I also am a sucker for playing a story game with friends.
