My mom has been a great "worrier" all her life, constantly imagining all kinds of negative scenatios and believing in them with all her heart, until she finally had a stroke. After that I started to teach her about these false scenariors and that not every thought should be trusted as the truth. You have to be positive in life. You have to have a positive view of the world. No matter how hard it is, there's always a solution. No matter how strange or painful it may be to accept. You should get negative thoughts out of your head as much as you can. We need to find inner peace. 🤍

that is so satisfying, i had to face this problem before. After watching this video, it was helped a lot. I got rid of it the moment he said the first point. Just think if the problem is there or just created by our mind for no reason. In my case, it was just a bad thought that came to my mind because i dindnt see my family for so long.
