I have an very active mind due to ADD. My solution was setting a tabata timer to an 2 minute intervall for the sound of a gentle steel gong. I conditioned myself to take a deep slow breath and to dive into stillness for as long as i could. This is the most effective mental self-help tool i could ever hope for. Before that my hyperactive mind used up so much energy... stillness is key!
I manage to absolutely control this voice.. Everything I say inside is only positivity & abundance & whatever I say inside (after waking up) reflected to my state of being throughout the day.. All it takes is just affirmations.
Ty. I began the stillness journey some months ago. It's awesome. Yes I fail at times. I try very hard to bounce back. I enjoy talking to myself . It's more a reminder on my To Do list daily. Bless you for ur well presented clarity on Stillness. Gratitude is the key.
To be honest, It's pretty much quiet. I didn't notice till the other day. Maybe why i attracted this video. But I've put in alot of work mentally. And now it's quite, from time to time, I'll see images and have feelings. But I didn't know what was happening. But it's really positive up there.
EVEN if this is untrue, its a fantastic fundamental ability to start and grow yours3lf on your own steam. I appreciate the time and content and, think this is the best video for explanation on mental analysis. Top marks and thank you

Finally! Someone explained it the way it should be explained. What great information for anyone who struggle with overthinking.
I think this is the truth. My thoughts have caused much unnecessary pain for me. I want to be free.

Don Juan even said stop the world and come to peace with yourself and your breath will carry you there
Thank you for this information, came to me in right time 😊❤
So glad!
3:10 *It’s a Phantom Self…not a “fan himself” as the subtitles/captions suggest. Anyone else catch that?
