Good video. Going to check my pad wear on my 13 Boss302. Question: Did you open the brake fluid reservoir before you pushed the pistons back in? I'm thinking I might just open the two bleeder screws on the brake caliper to get out the old fluid that's likely in there (instead of potentially pushing it back into the brake system).
@@fixinit Thanks! I've done a few brake jobs and have always opened the brake reservoir. Might try the bleeder screws this time around. First time doing Brembo's....they look very easy.
It wasn’t my car so I can’t remember. I know he bought them from American Muscle. These might be them… www.americanmuscle.com/power-stop-z26-street-warrior-brake-rotor-pad-kit-front-1114-gt-brembo-12-13-boss-07-14-gt500.html
Did this exact process of changing out and mine are squealing like a banshee or squealing like a pig, when applying pressure only when they are up to temperature.

Can you use the Rear Caliper Piston Tool for the front brembo's Caliper pistons?
Thank you for sharing 👍
great video. thank you
Great video! What grease did you use when putting in the new pads?
was there any squeaking during the break in period?
There shouldn’t be squeaking. But I guess it depends on the kind of pads you buy. Racing pads make more noise
Hi, so no purge is needed?
Thanks
No. You don’t have to bleed the brakes.

I didn’t open the reservoir. Opening the bleeder screws is not a bad idea. I never do it though.😀

Unless you’ve been topping off your brake fluid there’s no need to do either l.
What is Your Favorite Mustang of All Time?

Is it any different on 6 pistons or same concept?
Should be around the same
nice video
Can I get any mustang gt brakes from autozone or brembo takes diff kind of brakes?
Hassan Faris yeah, you have to get the pads that fit the Brembo brakes. The pads for the regular brakes are different.

Some high performance pads are noisy.
Same thing happen to my brakes😣😒squeak a loud ...
