- The search continues for Xavier Tate Jr., who's been on the run since April 21, when police say he shot and killed Chicago police officer Luis Huesca. On Tuesday, his relative, Caschaus Tate, who is accused of trying to get rid of Huesca’s gun after the murder, appeared in court on an unrelated burglary charge.

His brother then tried to sand the serial numbers off the firearm .
The only reason he throw the gun over the fence is because he spotted the police officer watching the house and thought the house was going to get raided by the police so he throws the gun over the fence into a neighbor's back yard .
But TV commercials make them look like such decent smart guys and great attentive fathers.
