I absolutely agree that the real problem is that these criminals are released back into society and to these poor neighborhoods and they keep doing the same thing. Then people say "I would never live there". The truth is that this cop didn't live there and look at what happened to him. No one pays attention when it's a poor Black person and they say it's just the crime but when the shoe is on the other foot it's different!!! Sounds like a decent person (the cop). Maybe now things will change but I doubt it!
