Hi Cole, Could you give me some advice in nutrition topic? Unfortunately I am a typical average "crossfitter", who can go to the gym one time in a day after work. It means that I finish my workout at about 6pm and I arrive home at about 8pm. My problem and question is the post workout macros. I know it's useful and essential to get some carbs after the workout, however I do not know that how much carb is a good approx 3 hours before sleeping? I am trying to find the balance between the "after workout needs" and "not to take too much carbs before sleep". Is it enough time not to worry about it, or should I take it into consideration?
