Make the holidays about more than eating:) I love that. Last year, my family and I rounded up all the surplus clothes and toys we had and gave them to a family that went down to El Salvador and gave them to the poor. Such a rewarding experience. My kids have even begun talking about the things they are going to give away this year. Seriously, it makes this wonderful time of year where we remember and celebrate the birth of our Savior so much more joyful. Thank you for the workout and the great thoughts on making the holidays more meaningful:)
Good job ; I have done this workout 3 weekends in a row and I like that it kicks me at the end with that finisher ; I did it with 26 lbs dumbbells as a shredder in the weekends as I train 6 days : chest + back ; legs ; abs ; shoulders ; arms ; abs n this total burnout on days 7. Keep the good stuff.💪🏾👏🏾👍🏽
Cole, I love it! I travel a lot for work, so having access to a Crossfit box in every town I go to, is very tough. I am always looking for good hotel gym work outs, while I am out of town. This is excellent. Thank you!

One meal will not do any damage to your routine. Even if you drink a couplenof beers or a couple of glases of wine. Good advice on making holidays more than just food. But if you whant to enjoy a meal with you family where you have your favorites infront of you... men just go ahead and eat as much as you want. It is good for you, your motivation and your soul.
