Reduce size of government-counties, governors, senators, mps, mcas. Kenya is horribly over-governed and therefore a lot of redundant officials

How some people here are all about, "Moses Kuria is talking now.... Kuria is the man!" Well I have got news for you, the likes of Moses usually find it cosy to be with the oppressive system as long as it butters their bread. The moment things change, that's when they purport to be on the side of mwananchi. Not falling for that.

Corruption has eaten all the money borrowed by the Government. That's why they cannot account for and show us what those funds were used for. Kenya is paying a debt that was taken and pocketed by Politicians. QFS is our only way out, of corruption. Uhuru Sold the Kenya Airways parking Lot in London. Ruto wants to finish the job by selling JKIA.

The problem is we have so many selfish politicians. We also have some international institutions that command us on what to do.
Corruption should also be done away with. Having a 349 members of parliament that include women rep won't help us.
Another issue is tribalism, it ridiculous that before your character one is judged by their tribes!

It is quite comical and laughable how humility punctuates the speeches of personalities like Kuria. When Kuria served in his then rewarded positions in various capacities, he was on record times without number mocking and castigating Kenyans for laziness and not bracing up for the tough economic seasons. He tweeted on his X spaces with prejudice and celebrated his short-lived glory with pomp and contempt. It's sad to hear him 'fault find' the very cabinet he served with a demigod spirit. The Kenyan people delegated Moses Kuria and other fallen soldiers the authority to serve them through His Excellency the President and they all retreated to serve their own interests and play politics at the expense of the taxpayer. They turned it around to be a political tantrum of supremacy battles and who will be the 'most beloved' of the President. Trevor, you need to invite some of us on the bench to ask Kuria some questions Kenyans would want him to respond to now that he's out of office to show accountability on resources he managed then while in office

If i were President i would cut the salaries of the 1 million Civil servants salaries by 50% thereby saving 500B there.
I would also save about 200B by eliminating exergerated expenditure n totally getting rid of benchmarking n allowances.

So according to this, taxing Kenyans to death was the only way to make the government be, how was it possible for the previous regime to perform without resorting to punitive taxation that is difficult for this regime to learn from, I have one thing that has made it almost impossible for this government to move an inch, the perpetuity precedence where Ruto trying to trash and even reverse the policies laid on the ground by the previous administration, so he started in extrospection by demolishing the then ongoing projects without having alternative

    • @abocas

But all that was happening during Uhuru's time, all those disbursements, from the counties to education it was seamless, now, you are collecting more revenue than the previous government and you continue lamenting and blame game while at the same time, wastage and corruption has become a part of policy in this administration, most of taxes are finding their way into government officials pocket, stealing to get rich quickly, how then do one expect miracle to happen to make things move while the money is being secured and then scarted to peoples private safes and haven accounts in offshores

To Kenyans politics is like soap opera you are supposed to speak sweet with a low tone and cartels everywhere you become like Matiangi kuria you are full of your selve Trump doest it better...
But when we have scandals like Gioldenberg.. Kimorer.. Aglo leasing... Fertlizer1 and 2.... Kemsa.. Nys .Grave yard s.
Are quite sweet talking victim traits. And kenya we defend them with our blood. As kingpins mutu wetu.
We forget politics is game of Nos. No perment friends or enemies more importantly dirty tricks no matter how people look lnnocent.
And in Kenya if you are not in the high table you are either the menu or under the table eating scrubs.
And then we Complain things ain't working.. Michuki Matiangi kaiseri Martha were vocal sometime deemed arrogant. Maisha mbaya siasa mbaya. were all the same but effective.
