    I've had my V8 since 2016 and it's been great. I did replace the battery recently because run time on the original was getting a little short. The replacement was not expensive, readily available, and easy to install. My only minor complaint with this series of vacuums is the cyclones can't be washed. They are always covered with dust and over time, a smell develops. That said, this vacuum is far more resistant to odor than any other vacuum I've ever owned - and I've owned a lot.

      Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear the V8 has held up so well for you.
      We recently replaced a V8 battery and found the process surprisingly inexpensive and easy.

    a "few" years old??

    • @ModernCastle
      @ModernCastle  4 года назад +1

      Perhaps "several" years old would have been more accurate. Sorry for the confusion.
      To clarify:
      V6 launched in 2015 and V8 in 2016

      @@ModernCastle exactly. I got my v6 in 2015 and was going to ask what is your definition of "a few"? LOL

      @@KENNECTED1 Lol, indeed. I should have double checked those dates and got the right word. Definitely more than a "few" years.
