Can you please make a video on iCloud drive suddenly popping up in storage menu and it’s filled like 3-4gigs and when i go to iCloud drive it’s like 80-90mb. Why does this happen?

In the Share menu from the Photos app, you can select Options at the top and choose whether you want to remove the location from the photos you are sharing. On iOS 15, tapping the ℹ(info) button next to the delete button lets you adjust the date or remove it altogether. Hope this helps.

Hopefully i don't get full storage again if i can relax with the screenshots and music downloads that i don't even listens to.

Yes press the I button and click adjust. To remove the date though I believe you need a third part app that lets you edit meta data
You can use EXIF Metadata (free) to edit the metadata of a photo.
