I love my Instant Pot. I started using one along time ago. Just recently bought a 3 quart for camping. I mostly make soups, but want to try more recipes. This soup looks yummy.

Hi Katherine, I made this tonight for dinner and it was aaaamazing!! I have a hack for you. I use a giant black metal "paper clip" to hold my inner liner firm while I stir what's in the pot. I tried to attach a picture but couldn't 😢

Everything I've made in my Instant Pot has turned out delicious. I think my favorites are beef stroganoff and spaghetti, which comes out perfect every time. I've made good chicken dishes, baked potatoes, and I love how easy hard boiled eggs peel.
The chopper is out of stock...bummer. This recipe looks so easy. I’ll try it next week. I got my isntapot last Christmas and finally used it this Christmas. I love your channel!

I have had an instant pot for 10 months or so and I have only used it 2 times because the quick release scares my soul from my body! I wanna use it to make some clam chowder and creamy chicken noodle soup...but I am terrified of it! The only thing I have made is Crab legs in it...

You can definitely use the regular cream cheese softened, just stir directly into soup until melted. I hope you give it a try one day. 😊

Absolutely. Cook until potatoes are done and add the cream at the end. I made it in a regular pot too on the stove and it was delicious. Enjoy.
