For me it's a great social game and fun to play with friends. :) It's a good way to try managing very small businesses for people as it requires alot of time and difficult decisions. :)

The huge values you see for stuff in isk are the theoretical amounts of money you needed to convert to ISK to buy it in game. You can buy every item using in game money.
