I did buy this fragrance as a blind 6 months ago and it's less than half I really love this scent lots of compliments 💜 love looking to buy more
I wore this to a friends party and someone asked me if I was wearing SMW. This smell is very distinct and it did take me a few days to appreciate it and figure it out. It didn’t dethrone CDNIM but they are my top favorites. Definitely a compliment getter and holds strong all day. Would recommend to anyone.

Funny enough I have a few of the Club De Nuit clones and they get me more compliments than most of the fragrances I have, it makes me wish I never spent $100+ on the big names when I could've just grabbed a few Armaf clones for cheap

As far as the rose goes in Sillage, nothing can top Moschino's Toy Boy. With that concoction, who needs to buy roses for their significant other on Valentine's Day?! All a guy needs to do is just apply 2 sprays of Toy Boy, show up at the door and then jump into a vase!
i would say cartier's declaration d'un soir is pretty nice too though.
I have just tried this is a sample and bought a big bottle. It smells incredible! Can’t wait for summer to smell hella fresh 💅

Ajmal silver shade is also a very good metallic-rose clone of SMW. I bought it for 13$

Sillage is a beast! Armaf did a good job here. Afnan Supremacy in heaven is a solid SMW clone as well.

this is what glacier stream water falls smells like. typical morning smell of the mountains. took me awhile to get hang to it. but smells amazing fresh. aquatic scent are common these days, but this one is a summit or mountain frag. love it

Hey sarah, I've gotten my sillage and realized it has some layering potential. sillage and CDNIM can make something good. Dylan blue and sillage combo is 🔥.
Hopefully eventually you continue you layering series as if can never be redundant due to you always getting new stuff.

Sillage, All I smell is talcum powder 😩but I love Milestone ❤️
Milestone is my favorite of them, but only because SMW holds a special place in my heart so I don't reach for Sillage as much
@@GlamFinds Thank you so much for your reply, can you relate when I say I only smell talcum powder from Armaf sillage or do you think I got a bottle from a bad batch? Just wanted to be sure I don't have a fake here because I was so disappointed after smelling this one.
@sharon george I can't relate but I can understand where that could come from based on the notes. I doubt it's a bad batch but I'd wait until it warms up and see if you smell anything different. Personally, certain smells don't work at all for me at certain times because of allergies, etc but I'll smell them another season and absolutely love them!

I have this fragrance, but I don’t wear it much, because it smells a little too floral at times. Normally, I don’t mind florals, and I actually have fragrances that are more floral than Sillage, but it’s something that makes this seem too feminine on my skin. I know there’s fruits in it, but I pick up waaaaay more florals. I’ll keep giving it a try. I couldn’t beat the price so it’s definitely worth having in my collection. Great review. Holla.
I get the same. To feminine just like Milestone. Both are a solid pass for me. Hype beasts only because they're Creed Clones.

Thanks Sarah! Just recently finished the last of a sample of L'aventure Blanche from Al Haramain and I sort of surprised myself by warming up to the scent profile near the end. Bit more of a lemon candy vibe than Al Wisam Day and not as green as Mefisto Gentiluomo, but still, I think it's the blackcurrant accord that I find myself enjoying more and more. Still need to test this one!
Trust me- you'll love it!
There's about 12 sprays per ml or 1260 sprays in a 105 ml bottle of Armaf CDNI Sillage. At your rate of 20 sprays per wearing, that would be 63 applications or 1/4 of the 252 applications with a normal 5 spray attack. No wonder I can't make a dent in a at least one bottle in my collection!
The only dent I've personally made is in Y edp, Dylan Blue, and probably This is Love lol but only because the last one is only a 50ml lol

Lol I also just bought this and waited for the price to drop. I wasn't a huge fan at first when I smelt it but over time I'm liking it more. Same thing happened with milestone. I hated that fragrance so much at first but once it sat I started to love it after. This has a unique smell to me since I haven't smelt silver mountain water or any clones. Performance is not bad either.

I don't find the rose in Sillage that overpowering and predominant, the rose in Club de Nuit intense Woman is way much more pronounced and lasting!
Sillage, Club de Nuit Intense for man/woman , Milestone, Excellus, and Niche Oud are Armaf's best performers!.

That's what it's for! I cure (spray up) my t-shirts/tops the night before & the morning of wearing them, when it's dried down your GOOD! your even more good if you get really warm, if a bottle lasts longer than 6 weeks I can't have loved it, plus it's gets used just when it's me, treat yourself don't cheat yourself!!!

TWENTY sprays? my goodness. i can barely believe it. i used to do like 5-6 sprays last year when i first got into the hobby, but with stuff like bvlgari aqva atlantique, i quickly learned that i had been overspraying as my coworkers could smell me from 12 feet away. even 4 sprays of mancera cedrat boise was enough to last me throughout the whole day, so i learned to just do 3-4 sprays max with any fragrance. i can't fathom what someone would do with 20 sprays.

I got it this weekend and it doesn't last even an HOUR. I get ZERO musk. And I agree with Armaf fragrances esp. Club De Nuit line, it can be off putting if you smell right on the skin. I even sprayed it on my friend and still couldn't smell ANYTHING on air nor the clothes. (I'm not noseblind coz I even asked my friend and couldn't smell anything)

Just got myself a bottle today. Hated it. I let my young son smell the dry down and he said it smells like old furniture. I will probably throw it in the garbage.
Literally smells like old ladies in elevators. We all got duped.
Except that most people love it. Let's remember that smell is subjective.
