If a 100ml bottle is higher than 200 dollars. I’m ok with them cloning. Fragrances are not made out of gold. I understand some ingredients can be expensive, but some prices are ridiculous.

I have a aventus clone from scentual Obsessions called king of kings and it's beautiful.. it outlasts my aventus by hours upon hours lol it's pretty sad.. I started getting sick of all these expensive frags lasting a cpl hours and than put on a clone that smells 90 percent identical or even more last 12 hours plus.
Only had CDNI , did not have Aventus ever but I was able to make side by side comparison , and have no moral issue about using CLONES , it is very difficult to have any moral issue for me , maybe I just because I'm projecting BUT , Aventus has so many iterations that original formula is not there ( batch issues ) , so if Creed or any other house for that matter , tone down their own creation , yes they are the company that holds a name and make their art , but if I bought your piece of art 2012 , and now for 10 year period rebuy , I would fell ripped from the company, why , because if your product is so exclusive ,witch is by all means is not, they just want us to believe it is , why , we all know why . Niche is new designer now . Prices of Aventus are higher than they are now , so essentially Creed killed their own products . Side by side CDNI 30 EUROS and Creed on the other hand Creed Aventus same weather conditions , beside the opening there is no way of distinguish between those too but CDNI performance is actually the one that Creed should have , but unfortunately it does not have , it is on my skin so try it for yourself ,but nevertheless if I have owned Aventus from 2012 batch don't know witch one was then popular but for that prestigious presentation of company you can not have 1258395 batch variations , it is their product and they can do with it wathever they want but prices up and quality down it is a rip off you tone down in performance , art is cool and all but I also decide what to do with my euros . If Aventus would be like 30 EUROS still a would buy CDNI . It is a better fragrance for me.
I would get Armaf mainly because I can’t exactly afford Creed. I mean, I can but I also like eating for that month... so I appreciate you getting these reviews out there. Maybe one day ...

Just bought Armaf club de nuit Sillage after watching this video. I have the real SMW but you are right, with the new 100ml bottle, they watered down the performance. smell is excellent, but i get nothing after 3-4 hours. Shame on creed for raising prices and watering down performance of its fragrances.

Great review as always JC! Armaf definitely has its place and produces quality budget frags. My personal fave from the Armaf house is Legesi which does an incredible job of Chanel Egoistic. Speaking of Creed SMW clones....my fave goes to Rasasi Al Wisam Day. Just a gorgeous, beast of a fragrance. Stay safe brother!
I got the Armaf Sillage after owning Silver Mountain Water which I used so sparingly through the years, got it in 2018. Silver Mountain Water Is clearly drier, more assertive and the notes are clearly defined, the citruses pop so the quality is unmistakable. Sillage on the other hand is more fluid while remaining sweeter and very long lasting on my skin but I noticed a familiar smell I didn't like too much when Is wore it the first few times then I realized it was the rose, it has a rose-water that reminds me of perfumes my aunties would wear early in my childhood like Sharlimar and that made me put it aside for a while, haven't used it again but I've been told the rose-water edge dies down in time. I love how long it lasts on me as opposed to the two hours Silver Mountain Water lasts. They should play down the rose-water when they inevitably reformulate it. Keep Giving us your insights Justin. I'm happy that you are honest and honestly I want the best fragrance. If creed is that kind of company that waters down their top fragrances they deserve to get their revenue cut by the clone brands because you get what you pay for with those!

the reason why Sillage is just about 1:1, is because Creed is also just about 1:1. It changed as well, and people who tested it against the old formulation say that Sillage is exactly the old SMW.
Armaf is absolutely KILLING it atm! There is no point in buying Creed anymore, maybe if only you're a collector or have too much money laying around. But other than that, there is no point. Armaf has better price and better longevity. Heck sometimes even better, fuller scent overall.

I have club de nuit intense. Love it and gotten compliments with it. I have smelled creed fragrances and I'm trying understand how they justify the price. Many of them so smell nice but overpriced.

I have milestone , very very good. I have CDNMI very very VERY good imo super projecting , and I only have the edt and it lasts! Sprayed it on in the evening and still could smell it the next morning , projecting one foot off of me. Just ordered sillage , can’t wait

In regards to Milestone & MI, yes I believe that powdery accord that you'll getting is the iris. I totally agree and have been saying that Milestone doesn't hit the mid of MI. I really like that iris, sparkling citrus and squishy sweet musk of MI. Milestone is solid but it misses that mid. Looking forward to trying Sillage.

I have both both Millesime and Club De nuit milestone . I don’t enjoy the later. To people near me, they smell identical in the air, they have the same sillage. But when you compare them from a close proximity or directly on skin or right after application there is a difference. MI is much much more pleasant. While CDNM has a heavy unpleasant note which I think is ginger. If you can afford MI definitely get it, not directly from Creed boutique because a 100ml is for 415$, go to online discounters known for selling authentic fragrances. I got a 100ml for 199$. Silver Mountain Water 100ml I got for 175$ .
I get the same experience as yours with CDNM, up close smelling CDNM, gives me a burn plastic vibe and not pleasant to my nose, its best to smell it in the air.

Great review on Armaf. Glad to see some new lines, especially when you paying top buck for creed and many viewers are complaining that Creed is not lasting and been watered-down, lets hope with the sale of Creed they amp it up again.
I have Cdnim, Cdniw, & Milestone. All are long lasting, compliment getters. Paid under $45 each. I’ll wait for Sillage price to go down & probably snatch Tres Nuit too. Rasasi is another favorite house of mine with great clones
I would be never able to afford a bottle of Creed so I love Armaf cloning.. Especially if they do a great job with the juice like they have.. I've been testing this the past few days (sillage) as it's at my local shops. I'm definitely keen to get a bottle now. Great video and thank you.

I don't think Jimi Hendrix reinventing (in my opinion improving) "All Along The Watchtower" took anything away from the genius of Bob Dylan. I know that with cover songs there's usually a licensing fee paid to the song writer so I acknowledge it isn't a perfect analog. But for me if it improves on the original in someway I can't be mad at a "clone".

I just got this and your totally rite its exactly how you described if not so much better and I've got a 2016 batch of creed smw with maybe 10ml gone so full bottle of it so the armaf blows it away like by at least 5 hrs longevity and more powerful in scent....worth the 85$
I don't have a problem paying $$ for nichè fragrances when the price is warranted by the quality and performance... but I can't bring myself to pay Creed prices for what you are getting from the brand these days... Sillage and Milestone are both amazing substitutes... especially Milestone... I'm going to wear it tonight when I get home ❤️

Big houses also copy from other big houses. Davidoff "copied" from Creed but if you look into it there's much more than drama between scorned perfumers and whatnot than the average person is privy too. It's just part of the game.

Sillage is ridiculously impressive. Punch of juicy citrus in the opening, then after an hour you get an inky, blackcurrent scent with some slight rose notes, Jasmine, and musk. And pushes into the 10 hour lasting mark on my skin, and longer on clothes...
Your description is one of the best in this comment section, but if I may ask, how exactly is the dry down....is it somewhat green, do you smell any sweetness and if so what sweet note you pick up or is it just a overall citrusy dry down?

I'm agnostic on clone houses and think they have their place, especially with folks who want to smell good but don't have mad funds or when discontinued fragrances are recreated. Also, I do get the powdery nuance from MI. The only clone I've tried that also has that is the ALT version Sovereign.

Just got aventus. I got 8 hours from it today, on my neck/chest. But my arms have nothing left.
Milestone is really impressive! They really nailed it. Just gutted it's winter in the UK as it's best to wear spring/summer.

This is now the third video I've watched that claims that Sillage doesn't just come close, it smells better than the Creed Silver Mt Water.
My Silver Mountain Water is one of the last 4oz bottles and it's an absolute beast. I have to go easy on the trigger.

I have both both Millesime and Club De nuit milestone . I don’t enjoy the later. To people near me, they smell identical in the air, they have the same sillage. But when you compare them from a close proximity or directly on skin or right after application there is a difference. MI is much much more pleasant. While CDNM has a heavy unpleasant note which I think is ginger. If you can afford MI definitely get it, not directly from Creed boutique because a 100ml is for 415$, go to online discounters known for selling authentic fragrances. I got a 100ml for 199$. Silver Mountain Water 100ml I got for 175$ .
I get the same experience as yours with CDNM, up close smelling CDNM, gives me a burn plastic vibe and not pleasant to my nose, its best to smell it in the air.

Thanks, J. After deliberation and research, your wink on Sillage will lead me to purchase my first clone. I’ve had the magnums of Creed frags and they are iconic but today, while I still honor A-list juices, I’ve been considering this whole clone issue. Let’s see what Sillage does on me.

I have Cdnim, Cdniw, & Milestone. All are long lasting, compliment getters. Paid under $45 each. I’ll wait for Sillage price to go down & probably snatch Tres Nuit too. Rasasi is another favorite house of mine with great clones

I would be never able to afford a bottle of Creed so I love Armaf cloning.. Especially if they do a great job with the juice like they have.. I've been testing this the past few days (sillage) as it's at my local shops. I'm definitely keen to get a bottle now.

I don't think Jimi Hendrix reinventing (in my opinion improving) "All Along The Watchtower" took anything away from the genius of Bob Dylan. I know that with cover songs there's usually a licensing fee paid to the song writer so I acknowledge it isn't a perfect analog. But for me if it improves on the original in someway I can't be mad at a "clone".

I just got this and your totally rite its exactly how you described if not so much better and I've got a 2016 batch of creed smw with maybe 10ml gone so full bottle of it so the armaf blows it away like by at least 5 hrs longevity and more powerful in scent....worth the 85$
I don't have a problem paying $$ for nichè fragrances when the price is warranted by the quality and performance... but I can't bring myself to pay Creed prices for what you are getting from the brand these days... Sillage and Milestone are both amazing substitutes... especially Milestone... I'm going to wear it tonight when I get home ❤️
Sillage is nice, same quality as Milestone.
I really enjoy that Milestone in the summer time girlfriend loves it, Unforgivable & Dua Imperial Pasteque are nice as well. This video was awesome by the way
Big houses also copy from other big houses. Davidoff "copied" from Creed but if you look into it there's much more than drama between scorned perfumers and whatnot than the average person is privy too. It's just part of the game.

Sillage is ridiculously impressive. Punch of juicy citrus in the opening, then after an hour you get an inky, blackcurrent scent with some slight rose notes, Jasmine, and musk. And pushes into the 10 hour lasting mark on my skin, and longer on clothes...
Your description is one of the best in this comment section, but if I may ask, how exactly is the dry down....is it somewhat green, do you smell any sweetness and if so what sweet note you pick up or is it just a overall citrusy dry down?

Armaf put out Derby Club House Blanche some years ago as a Silver Mountain Water Clone....nice smell but doesn't last past 3ish hours!
First off, love the trumpet playing in the beginning. Also, Tres Nuit only last about 3 hours on my skin. That’s sad because I love the way it smells. Sillage, I’m gonna have to give that one a try. Great video.

interesting. So you think Milestone is closer than rush of unicorns? I def have to get my nose on milestone then because in my opinion rush of unicorns is the closest of all the MI clones I've tried. Also, I do get the powdery nuance from MI. The only clone I've tried that also has that is the ALT version Sovereign.

JC going hard on the horn 🎺 Yo I have to say I get positive attention for the fragrances I wear, but that CDNIM has been my most complimented scent in the last 3 to 4 years! Matter of fact, the most complimented ever!!! Random people, fam, my woman and just women can't get enough. It became my signature scent basically lol. I may need to try Milestone and Sillage but I feel where you coming from as an artist.
