organic is the most forgiving, hands off approach... no RO water (still beneficial but not imperative), PH barely matter soil will balance, sterility is not imperative because you have beneficials outcompeting most diseases that you would deal with in hydro for example... living soil with large beds = you water only 1-2 a week... all in all it is just way less to worry about.
@@MrMCKlebeband I like to dump beneficial organisms in my synthetic grows. It helps outcompete any disease that I would have to deal with if I was growing in soil. It also has the added benefit of keeping my pH in check. I can water them about once every three days, but why would I when I can push the pH back down to the optimal range and give it a fresh dose of nutrients every day. I find synthetics to be the most forgiving because if I fuck up something, the plant will forgive me when I water the next day.

Small plants from seed wont flip til they are old enough, from rooted cutting heck ive seen straight from bubble cloner 12\12 theyll be small lil green corn dogs but no issues no hermie. In my experience hermies show up more due to genetics less about stress. Mars hydro rocks got tsw2000 x5 and just ordered my 6th . They stand by their 5 year warranty no hassles at all! The FC-E series has even par rating end to end the TS series has a high par in middle perfect for those using a light mover. tsw2000 for your 3x3 and the 450w version for 4x4.
Flipping them too soon is BS. I've literally got plants that I grew from seed in 12 12 lighting. And I've got clones that went straight into 12 12 lighting too. They are much smaller but it doesn't make them herm. Humbolt just got called out on the spot and made shit up 😂😂

I got the fc 4000 about a month ago and I have real buds for the first time in years. Switched from a tsl 2000 to the fc 4000 3 weeks into flower and the growth is explosive. Same issue with the 5g but my WiFi booster runs 4g so it's all good.
Yeah I'm not sure on the early flip. I've enjoyed solo cup runs and they're always flipped very early and turn out great. I'm actually starting a small AeroGarden run right now. ❤

Grower talent plays a roll. You can do anything if you have it. If you transplant before bloom give the cultivars 3 or more days . REASON,,, when the roots see the new space and start to acually grow in the new space . Then put into bloom. The plant thinks its allowed to get huge and will oversize the fruits. WILL GIVE YOU BIGGER FRUITS. But you have to let the roots begin to grow, first. The more you know........
That’s what I do I veg in tents transplant from 3gal to 7 leave in the tent to veg another week or two then throw um outside to flower .. brah my plants be like Mario on a mushroom
I always transplant before lights off regardless if I swap it to 12/12. I feel like they recover better if you give them a few hours before you light them up
use calmag in veg, let the cal run out mostly then use epsom salt (magnesium sulphate) in flower. let your leaves go little N deffiicient end of stretch aka use flower nutrients in last week of veg... for living soil you just have to keep heating up time of stuff in consideration... dont eff with slow release N like horn shavings, you dont want high N end of stretch, she wants to stack p for thick buds, give her too much N and you will get nutrient lockout even in organic.
What EC do your plants maintain n flower? I've been using MaxiBloom at around 1.4 EC and by the end of the week I'll be at 1.9. Could that be lockout? I'm trying to understand what EC people like to run in flower. (hydro)
@@grow_archive frankly, i could not tell you, i am running organic, dry amendments, i feed rainwater only, sometimes kelp extract. you have a reason to sus nute issues? if it looks fine at 1,9 it's fine... really it is fine until the plant shows you that it's too much. usually people run into trace and micro issues way more than NPK.
@@MrMCKlebeband Makes sense. I feel like she did okay this round, but towards the last few weeks the leaves started bending down, then up. It was kind of wicked looking. No signs of deficiency. Maybe it was just too much light. I was pushing them pretty hard early on up to 1300 ppfd, but dropped it down to around 900 in the last couple weeks. Never had any burned tips, just the leaves curling a little. And maybe the colas didn't fatten as much as I'd have hoped, but it was the first time to run Super Boof. That strain is a hash monster, good grief. I got around 4g off of just the fan leaves I pulled before drying. They dried really quickly. Never even bothered with them in the past. Anyway, gotta hit the hay.

Synganics is good but I've never had greater flavor profile than I did with Organics.

I vegged 1 week too long. My girls stretched and hit the lights and the top of the tent. 5' tall. Burned a few top nodes 😞

First day of flower Is the first 12 hours of darkness plant produces hormones to send it into flower mode
First day of flower is when pistils show theirselves.
Its been my experience that if I veg in 24h of light they will transition faster when you flip to 12/12.
