Like, why not use normal bread? & I was wondering why you train fasted. It that with a certain reason? Or is it just that you don’t like training on a full stomach? 😊
Maybe she just likes the taste of low carb bread. And low carb bread is probably lower in carbs but higher in fats so the calories are the same (or even more). At the end only cals matter.
If you don’t mind me asking; How tall are you and do you usually train on an empty stomach? Also were both portions of steak for you? (So many questions haha) Sorry I couldn’t tell from what you said 🤣 also the video editing and aesthetics are gorgeous 🥺🤍🤍
