I just stumbled upon this channel randomly on my recommendations and I gotta say.. This is a hidden gem, all of the products that you review are pretty interesting and I truly appreciate the effort you put into these review videos.

Two things, you should have shown the grinds after you put the beans through the grinder, And the burr setting that you are using

Mine was not able to do a proper espresso shot until I shimmed the burr, it would do the entire shot in 10 seconds which is way too fast, after shimming the burr I am happy with it and it’s running proper shots

In my country Sweden KitchenAid is selling them in their outlet section for the price 1679 sek =146,54 Euro and i think most people understand why....

I don't really get the grindtime dial. Are you saying it grinds slower when you put it on a longer grind time?
I would suspect it would just run for longer and thus grind more coffee, instead of it actually changing the RPM of the grinder.

I have this grinder and use it daily for over a year... You select the number of cups or shots for espresso and it defaults to a specific time. Say 17.9sec for 2 shots at 65 grind. But to do 18grams that's to long. You can then use the lower adjustment to add or subtract time. You can tell it to only grind for 15 sec or 20 sec orwhatever

I bought one it stopped working in 13months. I'm in the uK it 4 weeks to repair i got it back then it wouldn't grind to espresso sent it back I was told it would take 10 weeks at least to get it back. I wouldn't advice anybody to buy one on the UK.

I really hope no one sees this and buys one of these. There are so many issues with this thing. It's inevitably going to use a cheap burr, it's not single dose, you have the coffee in a hopper that's exposed to sunlight and will allow the coffee to stale, and it's found time based grinding. Anyone who really wants to get into coffee as a hobby should go watch James Hoffman or someone else who's actually knowledgeable about coffee. No flame but this grinder isn't worth paying for at any price.

I'm starting out with coffee and got this grinder and a Mr Coffee machine ❗
To train on. I don't leave the beans in the hopper. My brother who has been a coffee freak for a long time seen it and thought it was good for the money.
