  • Fast Heatless Curls | Tifara Flexi Rods on Straight Hair
    I'm showing you how to achieve fast heatless curls with flexi rods (on straight hair)! I got this huge pack of flexi rods from Amazon more than a year ago and I use it all the time, it's my favorite way to curl my hair.
    The best method for me is by sleeping with the flexi rods overnight after a shower (the hair has to be 80% dry). In the video though I tried a different method - I tried the flexi rods on a dry hair that I sprayed with sea salt spray and kept them up for an hour. It still worked pretty nicely, but the curls didn't last for days as they do when I keep the flexi rods overnight.
    Here is a link (affiliate) to the flexi rods set I showed in the video:

    Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoyed =)
    xoxo

    I made this video a long time ago and I'm not a huge fan of how it came out, so I made a better version: ruclips.net/video/EPRxz9rqo2E/видео.html

    Okay I need to get some of these! I love having curly hair but I cannot be bothered to actually curl my hair the majority of the time, plus I don’t like using too much heat on it! Your hair turned out so nice, I love it!!! 😍💕

    • @avooneverything
      @avooneverything  4 года назад

      Yes, it takes me at least an hour of active work to curl my hair with a curling wand, these pretty much give me the same result, but with so much less work 😁

    have you found a product that works any better than the sea salt spray for dry curling with the rods? they discontinued my HG hair primer, and i cannot use rods with wet or even damp hair. only product :( tia

    • @avooneverything
      @avooneverything  3 года назад +1

      I actually haven't used anything different lately, but years ago I was using a foam that was specifically for curls, so maybe that's something to look for. I can't remember the brand, but I'm sure there are lots of good options.

      @@avooneverything thank you for even responding!! i found something called lottabody setting lotion, which is what people used to use for rollers but for some reason the market decided to phase out setting lotions. thinking about trying xD

    So we do the exact same method/technique when I was in jail😩😩 lol but instead of flex rods (cuz u don't get any luxury items) we used toilet paper. Ud be surprised on how good it turns out. I know a lot of little "jail hacks." Like how to make makeup..(foundation, eyeliner, mascara, etc.) most places wont let u have coloring pencils or crayons so the way we make color was to use commissary bags. Like a Doritos chip bag or a empty pack of Ramen Noodles lol. It works Great lol

      So cool! I think I've seen something similar but with pieces of fabric. Omg that sounds like some of the little hacks they show on orange is the new black!

  • @clboymom9467

    I love using these but I can’t sleep in them and so the curl doesn’t last long.

    • @avooneverything
      @avooneverything  3 года назад +1

      yes there's a huge difference in how long they last if you wear them overnight! They're definitely not super comfortable to sleep on, but I still do it sometimes lol

    I like ur video. I had to watch it cuz I just bought some of my own and never heard of these but u need better lighting, especially with ur hair being so dark. It was kinda hard to really see it. I got the best glimpse of it when u turned around at the end of the video I not good with curling my hair for some reason so I never do it. But imma try tonight, so Wish Me Luck Everybody.!!!💋

    I love how you use heat (hair dryer) and call it “heartless curls”

    • @avooneverything
      @avooneverything  3 года назад

      I used the hair dryer so I can be done in an hour, I usually just sleep in these with no heat or you can leave them for a few hours. Thought that was kind of obvious

  • @caylinweber9808

    Do not recommend sleeping with them in. They are so uncomfortable

    • @avooneverything
