How you do on those days the temp goes down 30 F but next couple days goes back to 65, do you disconnected for the day and put it back the next day?
I remember when you first showed us this OtO sprinkler. I can’t believe two years has already gone by so fast. Really appreciate the follow up video on how it’s performing.
I really can’t complain and how well it works.
I’ve been going down the RUclips rabbit hole to try and find a dig free, smart sprinkler system. Then I came across yours and you had the same issue that I’ve been trying to solve which is the side house lawns and garden beds. I’m glad you came out with an update. I was hoping you gave us some of the cons as well as the pros. We all wish things were perfect but I’m sure there are some minor draw backs. Hope you come out with a pros and cons video of owning an oto sprinkler unit. If you have, I’ll be sure to go back into your archives and check it out. Either way this sprinkler is genius and a life savor 👍🏾

I have an irregular lawn and I was researching an above ground irrigation solution and it required a lot of ugly hoses and a lot of sprinkler heads. I think 1 or 2 would cover all of my lawn watering needs! This video was very helpful!

Great for a small yard. Cost gets excessive for a complex large setup. I’d need at a minimum 9 or 10 of these things to get close to even covering my yard. Get rid of the extra features of the fertilizer dispensing and get the cost down to like $100 and I’d be in for a bunch of them. I wish they sold a stripped down model just for watering.

Thank you for the follow up video. Most reviews I see are not good, but I’m hoping they keep improving. Think I am going to shell out the money for 2 of their sprinklers. Wish me luck! I will hopefully remember to give an update to this comment in the future after I get some time with this thing

Thanks for this! I just moved somewhere and it doesn't have sprinkler system. I didn't want to get into a full sprinkler system because it would cost so much. This helped me make up my mind Kudos
Putting down sod next week in my first home that we just purchased everyone is putting down turf although it looks really nice nothing beats the feeling of having real grass! Definitely getting this .. absolute no brainer!

Thank you for your review. This really seems like it's an all in one solution. The OtO smart sprinkler would be great in my backyard because I don't have an existing sprinkler system and I need better control over which areas get watered and which areas don't.
I saw your first review on Oto, and I thought to myself at the time it looked like a perfect solution to my back lawn (grassy area is kind of U shaped). My only concern was reliability. Glad it has been reliable for you. The solutions sounds like an awesome option, the mosquito spray like it could help my girls avoid get eaten.

I've been considering these sprinklers but wasn't sure how they work long term. Your video is one of the few that talks about them after a few years. I just bought my first house in the fall, so this is my first spring trying to get the lawn and landscaping together. The OtO seems to be perfect since all of the yards has odd shapes around concrete, trees, and other obstructions.

The no dig approach is really enticing, my lawn is odd shaped for line placement and I am still planting and digging in some areas so the OtO sounds like a pretty good option for my situation.
Thank for the review, I have been looking at this solution for a little over a year now, and may pull the trigger this summer. The H2O cost in my city is brutal, and I think this will help with waste.

I just ran across the Oto the other day. I’ve been looking for a solution like this for years-how I managed not to find this previously, I don’t know! Thanks for the video. Glad to hear you’ve had such a good experience. I’m especially interested in mosquito control with the unit. Anyone had any experience with the effectiveness of their solution?

So, I bought two of these last year, one leaked on arrival but they weee very responsive and sent out a new one immediately. For the winter I stored them indoors in winter mode as recommended. When I started it up this season one of them is leaking quite a bit and it has now corroded the plug and I will have to wire it direct to charge it which is necessary if you water every day. It has now been a week and a half with no more response from customer service. Just thought I would throw this out there as a warning, it is a shame since it is really convenient but I’m starting to just weigh the cost to trenching in a smart head like irrigreen not sure which brand I will go with yet. If they become more responsive I will update.

Nice vid! Just Subscribed! My family and I live in New Mexico. We just bought sod for our backyard. In NM, grass is sacred and taking care of it in the most efficient way possible is important. We’re looking into sprinkler system but we think the yard is not big enough for a system. This would be a perfect solution.

It would be nice for OTO to offer a model WITHOUT the area for containers for a smaller footprint. It would decrease the size of unit by 75%. Better for me since I treat my own lawn. The other issue is, I have two hose bibs (front, back). How do I set up for each side yard (4 total)? I guess with a “Y” and a lot of hose.
The supplements are how they make their money, no way they'll remove that option unfortunately.

Great review, exactly what I was searching for. Was thinking about plumbing in an underground sprinkling system for my small backyard with potted plants and raised beds with vegetables. This seems like a much better solution. Hopefully I win the giveaway!

That thing is absolutely outrageously priced
I've been struggling with my lawn for many years, but resisted getting a sprinkler system for all the installation and plumbing costs and hassle. I'd love to get this system and finally turn my lawn around! Please enter me in the giveway. Even if not awarded, I can definitely see investing in this solution. I'm curious if the customers can share their permanent plumbing connections to see the overall look of the system.
Great video and endorsement. I ordered two of them. At the 4:51 mark you say you need 50 psi water pressure. My understanding right from Oto is you need enough water pressure equal to 50 gpm. I'm not sure that equates to 50 psi.

Thanks for the detailed video review as I was skeptical about a smart watering system and after watching your video and you having it for 2 years really impressed me. One question, do you have any experience with it in hot climates? I live in Florida and our summers are brutal. I’m hoping the heat and humidity we have won’t impact performance. Someone said that the sprinkler digs a pattern into the ground because of the way it sprays. Can you change the water spray patterns in the zone to keep it from damaging the ground? That
