I JUST completed the back and 2 fronts of my newest bomber jacket in Premier Puzzle regular AND shimmer yarns. Double stranded that sucker for both the quick and warm properties. Having this pop-up gives me exactly what I need to finish it perfectly! Thank You! HAPPY 2024!
I love your tutorials. So clear & concise. I’m an intermediate crocheter and you give me the confidence to tackle these intimidating projects. Thank you!
Finally i have made one .with a combination of white and olive green border. It came out sooooo beautiful. Will be wearing at new year eve. Thnx a lot sweetheart. Loads of love from INDIA. god bless you
I really love this. I didn't want a hood, so I used the collar pattern from your other bomber jacket. It turned out beautifully. Thanks for sharing! 💜💜💜
I have trouble with the sleeves mine seems too have to much at the seams at the top and I done it just like she said I have taken it out 3 times and every time it comes out the same I’m disappointed
Love the Bomber Hoodie as well as most of our designs. Your tutorials are very good. I have been tent camping as well as “glamping”. My husband and I live full time in our RV and travel the US, so my experience continues every day.
Hi T. I am going to attempt this pattern. I love this bomber sweater jacket. I grew up camping. We went to Quaking Aspen, Koolgarty in Barstow, El Campo Peewee in Mexico, up until i was 14. We also camped in the Mojave Desert when my Dad entered the Barstow to Vegas race when i was 14. We had so much fun growing up. We always had good sized tents, no totally outdoor camping. Eww, i am creeped out by bugs. Lol.
Anyone who would thumbs down your patterns would be crazy...I just found your channel and I love all your patterns...and you explain everything so well...Keep up the good work 🙂 I am busy but finding your channel makes me want to find time to pick up my hook again...
That’s so cool. I’d put a zipper in it. Be nice and soft with velvet hood. Do a lot of camping on our property lately with these lockdowns. We park the bus down by our lake lol so if I need anything I just walk home 😂
I first saw you on Pinterest and I was like...huh, ok ok, seeing nice things, then I saw your youtube link and I instantly subscribed. Yes, this is content I wanna see.
I'm working on making this in a 12-18 months for my daughter. Going off of a 12-18 months shirt since she won't be able to fit it until next year but she's going to have some super cute winter clothes thanks to your patterns!
Love this bomber jacket with hoodie. I did some kind of 'glamping' with my kids at home. We moved all the furniture to the sides and slept in sleeping bags in the living room. It was to motivate them b4 their assessment exams b4 entering secondary schools (high schools in the US i think). It was fun. 😊
Hi Anna! Thanks for the giveaway submission! Congrats, you've won this weeks patterns! 🎉🎉Please send us a message on Instagram (and reply to this letting us know that you did) so we can get your your patterns! 😍
Happy holidays to you and I love the way you demonstrate all of the stitches before you start. This will be very helpful for those just learning how to crochet. Thank you for sharing your talents with me.
Wow this is gorgeous too beautiful for word. I love the colors. I love camping 🏕my husband is a outdoor lover. We are going this weekend fishing 🎣 for a day. I love to watch him enjoy himself and I will sit and crochet or read 📚 and there are time that I fish 🐟 with him but I hate it if I catch something to take it off the hook and it must go back in the water 💧 no kill the fish. Thank you for this you are so amazing my dear big hugs 🤗❤💖♥💜💙
That's actually something i've wanted to do! Fishing sounds like fun, but I can't swim so I get nervous around big bodies of water. 🤣🤣 Thanks for alllll the loveeeee! 🤗
Love this pattern! I’ve never made a jacket before so I’m excited to try! Also, I love how you show the type of stitches that will be used, it’s so helpful. I’ve been camping before but I prefer glamping, all the benefits of camping with an actual bed!
Oh yay! thanks for using our tutorial. 💕 That would be super easy. As long as you're using a button smaller than a quarter you wouldn't need to do anything extra they'd just be able to slip into the double Crochet's made for the Front Band. 😊
This is beyond beautiful and so easy to follow. Thank you so much for your amazing designs❤ I have been camping. Maybe not the "rugged no tent" type camping, but it was in a tent with just a sleeping bag. We all had fun until a skunk held us hostage in the tent for quite some time. We were all too scared to go out and scare it away. Otherwise, it was a great experience! 😁
I made it but without sleeves and now I have a nice vest👌I just wish my yarn was as thin as yours and not chunky 🥲 Thank you for sharing this with us. Love from Iran❤

Hi. At around 12:56 in the video, it says the panel should be 9 1/2 inches or 11 centimeters. But 11 centimeters is about 4 1/2 inches, not 9. And 9 looks a bit big. Can you clarify, as the yarn I’m working with seems to require more rows than yours, so I’m using the measurements. Thank you!
Hiya, thank you so much for the interest. I've double checked the pattern and it should say 3.5 inches/9 centimeters for that portion. Thans for bringing this to my attention. 💕
Yes I have been camping before! I went to summer camp when I was younger, and once, my mom had convinced me to go on this camping trip the sleep-away camp offered, for a little extra money. Although I was hesitant, I still did it. When my mom went to camp as a kid, she went on a canoe camp, where basically they were in the wilderness, it was REALLY roughing it. The camp I went to was like super nice, with showers and stuff. But, the camping trip was...well...awful. I was the ONLY girl, and it was so buggy. One kid, I remember counted all the mosquito bites they got, and it totaled to about 146. It was not fun at all, but that's just me, and it was a good experience to have, because I live in the city(Chicago), and a lot of kids don't get that kind of camping/rural/woods/forest exposure!
hi I'm beginner working in cruise ship and I do crochet when not on duty and I love you're tutorial hope I can make one the only problem how to measure for the medium lol I hope I can make one I keep watching and watching the video love all you're video
Hi! That's awesome and thanks so much for watching our tutorials! 😊 We have a "Made to Measure" technique. Within the tutorial we give tips on where to measure on your own body to get the perfect fit! Have any questions feel free to reach out! 💕
Is there any closure on this like buttons or a zipper? Love the step by step to go with the pattern. I purchased it on Etsy and the time stamp videos to pattern are great.
I have been wanting to crochet a hoodie inspired by my favorite Ed Sheeran album, his Multiply album, and this pattern is absolutely perfect!!!🥰🥰🥰Thank you!!!💖
Just started this one a few hours ago, the first sweater I'm making. Really love this pattern and the instructions are clear! Hope it will turn out good😅.
Thanks so so much! Our patterns/tutorials give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well!
Hiya Gabi! The only thing i'd have to say is to use a medium/loose grip so the Stitches are hard to work into & you insert into the Back Loop to make the ribbing detail for the hood. 😊
That was an excellent tutorial. That “Suzette” stitch is really nice, works up easily, and looks great. The way you did your cuffs was interesting, I still prefer to use a front loop double drop stitch, (front post double crochet), then back loop double drop (back loop double crochet) for ribbing, but I may try this one just to try it. Thank you! 😊
Absolutely! You can leave it off all together and leave it as is or you can use this collar if you don't want it to be naked looking. Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/9HTuvnYywrM/видео.html
I love this! Such a reminder of the bomber jacket you did in white and green and I absolutely adored crocheting that one myself. Will definitely be giving this one a try! I live on a dog farm in the middle of a pine forest. So everyday feels like camping around here. But I've never actually been camping, this is the closest I've gotten. 😅😅
That was definitely the inspo for this one! Woah, that's so cool! I actually want to have an animal sanctuary in the woods when I was a kid. 🤩 Hats off to you!

İ cannot making cm calculations, and i m trying to make this model a present, so please please please 🙏🏼
Hi thanks for reaching out! I'm glad that you like our pieces, thanks so much! As for making this in a different size we use a made to measure technique to get the size that fits you perfectly. All the places that you would need to measure are always stated within the tutorial and unfortunately I can't give you the chain of row counts for size medium because I didn't make one. If you have any questions feel free to reach out though I'm more than happy to help 😊
I would love to make this, but since I've never made a sweater before, how would I make it larger? Does your pattern include instructions on making it larger? If so, I will definitely buy the pattern! Also, I'm not much of a camper. I was a girl scout, so I've done it, but didnt really like it. I dont like Florida mosquitos!!

This one is stunning 😍 I used to go camping when I was little (not by choice) but now that I’m older, it’s not something I enjoy. I’m more like you - glamping is more up my alley… if I had to choose anyway 😂
I wonder if I could make this design in moss stitch for my partner! If only I could finish the project I’m currently working on for him so I could try it haha

@@TCDDIY it is a just cause one. He has been watching me make stuff and decided that he finally wanted something. So I am making him your dark green v-neck one from 6 months ago. He is super excited.
Hi, thanks for reaching out! Our patterns/tutorials give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit, so it's a "measure along" technique. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well! If you have any questions about it i'm more than happy to answer them for you as well. 😊❤️
You can do either. 😊The fit of this jacket is close to being able to close already, so you can sew on a zipper without altering the pattern or you can grab buttons and sew those on as well without altering the pattern. The buttons fit inbetween the double crochet's of the front border just make sure they aren't too big. 😊
Hi! Our patterns give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit all under "different size guide" in red. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well!
Of course! That's a simple fix! If you don't want the sleeves as wide, make the side seam higher, closer to the top, and your armhole will be smaller. 😊
Hello. I loved your tutorial❤ I am a total beginner and this is my first time of making a hamdmade cardigan. I am a bit confused ad shoulder part. Can you give me a brief formula of how are you doing it. I made 4 rows but I don't know where I made the mistake. It is not straight. Thank you in advance❤
Your voice is really calming. Plus the tutorial is perfect for beginners. But may I ask if it can be worn by boys also? I'm a boy learning crocheting and I want to wear something made by my own hand. So please answer my question kindly i would really appreciate it. Thank you.
I prefer hiking over camping haha since bugs make me squick. I remember one time I went camping by a lake and the stars were so gorgeous since I usually can’t see them in the city.
I used to hike a bunch when I was younger. I loved it! Was kinda a little monkey as a kid, i'd be all over the place. Never seen the stars though, sounds magical. 🤩

I'm half way done with this pattern and I loved it. I just don't know how to upload photo here at the comment or there's really no way to attach photo here. 🥰🥰🥰
The back panel Chain should be the same amount of Stitches as your last shoulder row, then you'll continue with your stitches till your back panel reached 2 inches from tip of shoulder, across back till 2 inches tip of other shoulder. 😊

Thank you! Cheers! Much love to Holland!
This is amazingggg, I love it (and bomber jackets in general) I'm currently making other bomber, just one sleeve to go.
Cooool! What colors are you using? 🤩
@@TCDDIY light grey for the body, black for the cuffs and so on. It's looking really nice. Thanks so much for the pattern
@@ahuman8133 Sounds like a beauty! thanks for the support! 😊😊💗💗
Love the pattern is there a pattern to make a large size.
Our patterns & tutorials give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well!
Love the pattern.🌟 I have camped.... but not anymore; unless there's carpet on the floor.🥴 Thanks for a beautiful jacket. 👍
Thank you! 🤣🤣 I'd appreciate more carpet and less dirt.
Row 5 - 37 of the hood do you have to keep increasing of 2 double crochet
Nope, those rows will be the same amount of Stitches. 😊
This is soo cute. I am making this one once I finish the one I am working on now for my fiance. Absolutely love it, T ❤❤ I have been camping before.. glamping is 100% better. In my opinion.
Ohhhh Congrats on the engagement! is it a gifty gift or just cause? 😁
@@TCDDIY it is a just cause one. He has been watching me make stuff and decided that he finally wanted something. So I am making him your dark green v-neck one from 6 months ago. He is super excited.
@@nikkigibson971 Awhhhhh, that makes me so happy. Thanks for using our pattern!!! 🤩💗💗 that means a lot!
@@TCDDIY absolutely, we both adore the patterns that you come up with. We watch together when you upload.
@@nikkigibson971 .😭That's so cute! Thank you, thank you!!
Hi sis ..
Can I make this with milkcotton yarn that 3ply?
How to counting the stitch then? How many chain to start? Thnkyu 🙏🙏
Of course and I wouldn't know for sure since I haven't made it, but as long as you keep up with the measurements you should be fine. 😊
@@TCDDIY thankyou so much... I will try it... And let you know later 😁😁😁...
Hi,beautiful pattern, but I am totaly new how will I know how many chains to put for sweater for child and adult. How to make perfectly.
@@TCDDIY Thanks Maam,I would like to try it.
Love the pattern!! Its so beautiful!!
Wow your explanations are very clear and easy to follow❤ tnxs dear
So pretty! At the moment i am making the sweater dress on your channel
Yayyyyy! is it the charcoal one?
Yep! It looks so good so far : D
I want to be able to close the jacket. How would we incorporate button holes? Or would we need to get a zipper?
You can do either. 😊The fit of this jacket is close to being able to close already, so you can sew on a zipper without altering the pattern or you can grab buttons and sew those on as well without altering the pattern. The buttons fit inbetween the double crochet's of the front border just make sure they aren't too big. 😊
In love with your pattern ......
It's sooo easy and enjoyable.......
Awhhhhh thanks!
I would like to try this some time, but I'd like to add buttons for a closure. Could the holes be easily made on one of the sides for this? Thanks 🙂
Of course! And depending on the size of your button you may not need to add slits, it may be able to slip in between the Double Crochet's. 😊
@@TCDDIY Didn't think about that. Thanks. 🙂
Going tent camping this weekend, plus have a Airstream camper. I love it, but it can get dirty.. :-)
OH that's awesome!!!! I used to want an Airstream!
Hi. I really LOVE this! What would the instructions be for a size 2X/3X?
Hi! Our patterns give chain and row counts for a size small as a reference and helpful tips on where to measure for other sizes/fits to ensure you get your perfect fit all under "different size guide" in red. 😊 All of those tips are within the tutorial with visuals as well!
Merci du partage, je vais essayer de le faire mais sans capuche
Bien sûr, merci pour le soutien! Bien sûr, merci pour le soutien!😊
I had a problem with sleeve s it is very very wide. Csn you please describe in brave. Thsnk yoy so much
Of course! That's a simple fix! If you don't want the sleeves as wide, make the side seam higher, closer to the top, and your armhole will be smaller. 😊
Oh my this is a beautiful piece. Wish I could do this.
You can do it! We're always here to help if you have any questions! 😊
How do you manage these? I'm in awe
Awh, you're so sweet. Thank you!!!
Thank you.
this tutorial is so helpful. Is it possible to trade the suzette stitch to be a double crochet only or half double crochet?
Absolutely!! 😊
@@TCDDIY awesome! I just started on the back panel of this pattern, it's looking amazing so far, (:
I prefer hiking over camping haha since bugs make me squick. I remember one time I went camping by a lake and the stars were so gorgeous since I usually can’t see them in the city.
I used to hike a bunch when I was younger. I loved it! Was kinda a little monkey as a kid, i'd be all over the place. Never seen the stars though, sounds magical. 🤩
BEST TUTORIAL EVER 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Thank you love! 🥰🥰🥰 Appreciate it!
Great job explaining
Glad it was helpful! Thank you!
Wow, I would love to make this bomber, but I need to know how to make it in a size large...can you help please

I love this pattern but the pattern for slaives working not enough to understand your way to work it … thank you for sharing your work 😂❤
Hello. I love your work. But I have a question. I'm a lefty so should I work on the wrong side when doing the cuffs
Thank you, thank you! Nope, the pattern would still be the same idea. 😊
Super cute jacket! Another amazing design! Thank you for sharing!❤️
Yay!!! So happy to hear you like it! 🤗💗
love it, looks so easy to do, i'll give it a try some day.
Yes! Please do! 😊
Hi! Wonderful hoodie! Should any changes be made for a male version?
Thank you, thank you & no need. Just keep up with the measurements and you're good to go! 🥰
I'm half way done with this pattern and I loved it. I just don't know how to upload photo here at the comment or there's really no way to attach photo here. 🥰🥰🥰
Awhhh, man, i'm sure it fab!! What colors did you use? 🤩 and you can always tag us on Instagram or send it via Etsy. ❤️😁
How wide is the back panel or how many chains do I make for the back panel
The back panel Chain should be the same amount of Stitches as your last shoulder row, then you'll continue with your stitches till your back panel reached 2 inches from tip of shoulder, across back till 2 inches tip of other shoulder. 😊
